Following on from the success of its tiny boutique on the Grosse Cloche, Cassonade has opened two tearooms: one next to the Victoire, the other in the Saint-Pierre district. Good news for gourmets, who are in for a triple treat! As lovers of cannelés will tell you, these are the best in Bordeaux. They come in three sizes, as well as vanilla and vegan versions. To vary the pleasures, you can also fall for one of their other specialties, such as Saint-James (a soft cookie with almond, orange and rum), flan, pink praline brioche...
