Cannelés are a traditional dessert found only in Bordeaux, it’s a small cake flavored with Ruhm. the best cannelés were the ones I tasted at La toque Cuivrée.

Toque cuivre tjr au top, par contre la vendeuse très désagréable, j’ai pris une tourtière une avais un bout de sopalin et j’ai demander d’avoir celle où y’en avais pas la réponse étais «c’est qu’un bout de sopalin vous allez pas avoir d’intoxication alimentaire!! » avec un ton très hautain très moyen le service.

Peccato che non abbiano il caffè, altrimenti sarebbe stato perfetto per una colazione veloce e gustosa!

One of the cheaper canele places in the city but the quality does not drop off too much. They have three different sizes of Caneles: small, medium and large. Sometimes there is a line but this goes quite quickly. Employees were nice, ordering was easy, overall solid experience in getting caneles.

Des cannelés très onctueux. Ravis de retrouver la totalité du cannelé maison. Je vous recommande vivement et à des prix très abordables ( 20 lunch 11e ) cela fait une belle quantité. Sans compter sur l’accueil très agréable. J’y retournerai avec plaisir.

You will see a long queue for this one, so now it’s a matter of priorities: if money is more important than time to you, then stick in the line to get Canoles for 0,75€, if time is more important then go to the shop next door, no queue but the same Canole cost 3,30€. Anyways I don’t get the hype about the Canoles in general - not for my taste.

Très bonne enseigne pour acheter des cannelés bordelais à un prix très correct. Le service est rapide et efficace. Les boutiques sont nombreuses et les cannelés sont fabriqués sur place.
