You may be familiar with the Bordeaux Sardines Club, an association that brings canned sardines to the masses. Buoyed by their success, Jean Rigal and Thomas Feyrignac have opened a fish grocery where you'll find traditional sardines and mackerel flavored with all kinds of sauces, as well as processed and preserved seafood: chipirons with ink, grape seed oil with Breton blue lobster, fish ravioli with tuna stuffing and langoustine coulis, pike quenelles, and even lamprey.
