Echo is located on the pretty Saint Peter's square, and is both a wine bar and a restaurant. In this dining cellar, one is quickly seduced by the charm of the place and the recipes. The menu presents beautiful flavors and shows a great know-how: brioche roasted octopus and bear garlic mayonnaise, farmhouse guinea fowl and braised endives...
