After his first success in Cap Ferret, Hugo Bassani opened not one, but two locations in Bordeaux, right in the center of town... And now, in Arcachon, with a recipe as simple as homemade! The cookies come out of the oven all day long, and the signatures are highly original. On the à la carte menu, cookies, including a vegan and gluten-free version, come in three sizes (pitchoune, classic or daron), not to mention cookie cakes for 6 to 12 people, seasonal ephemeral cookies and Cookie Dough ice creams. A real nugget!
