The Poissonnerie de l'Aiguillon is an institution! But above all, no farmed fish! Alongside our flagship products, oysters from the Basin, we also offer lobsters from Brittany and seafood platters. In addition, the chef prepares a number of ready-made dishes and offers grocery products.

Of course, these products do not come from our region, but the shop is so beautiful and colourful that one must stop there. La Belle-Iloise is a Breton cannery of seafood products prepared in the traditional way. For 3 generations, the Hilliet family has been committed to canning ultra-fresh products in Quiberon. We like the colourful tins which offer sardines, tuna and mackerel from different original recipes.

The house of the glacier Ô Sorbet d'Amour is an institution which was created in 1935 on the basin of Arcachon. The first shop opened in Moulleau on the promenade of the pier. Since then, the brand has developed many addresses in Bordeaux, Gironde, and a few franchises in France, Portugal and Spain. The 80 gourmet recipes are still made in the traditional way: the milk is supplied by the last farm in the Arcachon basin and then transformed in an artisanal way with fruit and high quality ingredients in the La Teste laboratory, the ice creams and sorbets with a thousand and one flavours are often very original such as chocolate Espelette pepper, macadamia maple, lemon basil, blood orange, peanut croostie and even kiwi vegan apple with no added sugar. The nougatine-based iced desserts are also home-made, such as the famous Pinasse and its 30 scoops of ice cream for 15 people, the emblematic dessert of the Ô Sorbet d'Amour ice-cream parlour.

Focusing on quality, you'll discover a fine selection of artisanal products from the basin (oyster rillettes, honey from the ocean dunes, strawberry jam with Pyla vodka...), the region (caviar from France, Bouchons de Bordeaux, lamprey à la bordelaise...) and Italy. At the same time pastry cook, chocolate maker, ice-cream maker and caterer, the Marquet pastry shop is very appreciated by those who have tasted its sweet delights. Already, the shop window does not leave you indifferent. A cannelé is divine for a snack, but the pastries (small or large size) are meltingly good. Let's not forget the regional specialties such as the Dune du Pyla, the Pinasse glacée or the dunettes; small almond paste cookies flavored with Bordeaux fine, pine nuts and chocolate. Carmen and her son Anthony opened their first boutique in Bordeaux's Place Saint-Pierre, followed by a second in Arcachon's Moulleau. The all-white storefront is chic and sober, with its old-fashioned moldings. The ice creams and sorbets are handcrafted to the highest standards by Terre Adélice's master ice-cream makers. Everything is 100% organic, with no colorants, chemical flavors or preservatives, and 52 of the 104 flavors are vegan. The choice is vast, and some of the flavors are surprising. The welcome is all smiles, even when it's crowded.

Chez Fredon has been an institution in Le Moulleau for over 40 years. Recently renovated, this grocery-supérette is beautifully stocked. The new owners welcome you every day during your vacations. Here, you'll find essential goods, as well as local and Made In France products, and a cellar with a wide selection of wines, beers, juices and spirits. Whether you need a quick pick-me-up on your way back from a swim or an evening out with friends, you're sure to find what you're looking for: fresh fruit and vegetables, oils, terrines, organic ready-made meals, preserves or cookies... Chez Fredon has always been a favorite spot.

No need to make a big deal of it! Reynald's cheese shop has been replaced by Merryl's cheese shop. The gourmands continue to discover a beautiful selection of mature cheeses from our French lands, but also from small producers. Ewe, goat with Jurançon, blue cow... Let us advise you, but also to impress your guests during a Savoyard fondue. Merryl also offers you to treat yourself at home with its cheese platters for your raclette evenings. And also ? Charcuterie, wines and delicatessen products.

The Aloir family has been raising and distributing its own oysters since 1967. If the direct sale is possible all year long, the oyster tasting at the water's edge is reserved for the beautiful days. Under the arbour, you will discover their oysters n° 2, 3, 4 or their flat oysters. Seafood such as clams, periwinkles and whelks accompanied by bread and butter are not left out! The oysters of the Aloir family have been awarded several times by the Grand Prix d'Excellence at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris.

The flagship of the Pirelons bakery doesn't go unnoticed in the Aiguillon district near the port. Every detail has been thought through, starting with the two entrances, one of which is suitable for baby carriages or wheelchairs. On site, you can sit outside in the shelter of the small terrace or inside between the tea room bar and the lab chalet for breakfast, lunch or a snack. All you have to do is enjoy the delicious viennoiseries and breads... The team is all smiles.

Why go to Benoît Van Brabandt to buy tea? Quite simply because this northerner, a master brewer and herbalist, buys tea, tastes it, blends it and sells it under his brand. He has 400 varieties of tea to his credit from some twenty countries. To honor his adopted city, he has given evocative names to teas with fragrant blends and infusions based on typical plants such as maritime pine or mimosa: Le Pyla green tea, Earl Grey d'Arcachon, Arcachon breakfast, Jardin d'hiver or Le Ferret infusion, etc.

The Maison Guignard is an institution in Le Mouleau since 1909! Pastry, chocolate and ice cream maker, it is undoubtedly one of the best addresses in the region. The pastry cream is a delight, but it is especially the cannelés that make its reputation. The eclairs of the Maison Guignard would also be the best of the Basin, and beyond, and the strawberry tarts are sold by the meter... The store is a victim of its own success: a queue often stretches out several meters on the street, but the efficient team serves you with a smile as soon as possible.

Right in the center of town, this delicatessen is an institution! All the regional specialities are here to delight your taste buds, including rare, traditional and artisanal products that can even be tasted on the premises. With its old-fashioned boutique feel, the store offers genuine Landes pastis, direct from Escource in the Landes, Bordeaux bouchons, foies gras, terrines, fish soups and regional aperitifs such as Lillet or Tariquet. And let's not forget our local beers!

Like Obelix with the magic potion, Mélodie Boileau and Thibault Dussert know the world of wine inside out. In fact, the family has been publishing the annual Dussert-Gerber Wine Guide since 1972. Brother and sister already ran the Gradignan boutique. Now they're back in Arcachon. And when your name is L'Amour du vin, you do it well. Here, we sell at the same price as at the estate! What's more, it's not uncommon for the winemakers themselves to come and show you their wines for guided tastings.
