The shop has been located right at the entrance of the factory in Sarlat since 1875. It has preserved the know-how and quality of the original recipes while daring to make superb innovations. The Jean Rougié trophy has been awarded every year since 2010 to young talents in French cuisine, around foie gras and truffles.
