The lands of Moiremont were once the seat of a Benedictine abbey, which had succeeded a monastery founded in 707, Dom Pérignon was a monk there. Destroyed after the Revolution, there are no remains today except the abbey church. In the village, the old wash-house and the beautiful group of houses in Argonne are also worth a visit.
