Read moreHave you ever visited an open church? About 4 km (2,3 miles) from the port of Camden, in the town of Rockport, is the «children's chapel» which has no walls. The chapel was built in 1960 by Helene Bok who, at her death, donated it to the public. Today, it is a foundation that maintains the building. It is located in the heart of a garden and can accommodate 50 people, for weddings and baptisms.

Read moreThe Camden State Park offers nearly hiking trails and numerous campsites (accessible from April to October). The trails are designed for walking, but also for winter snowshoes. Some of them are more extensive, allowing for cycling, cycling or cross-country skiing. Within an hour of time, you can choose to climb at the top of Mount Built, which offers a splendid view over Camden and the ocean, or opt for the Maiden Cliff Trail, a little longer but also impressive with its view of Lake Megunticook and its islands.
