This little restaurant is a delight: every night, its pleasant terrace is filled with joyful conversations in a relaxed and friendly environment. Here you will taste everything that Greek cuisine can do best, with the best ingredients. We feel like at home, the flavors in addition. It is very charming, but often full; to hope to have a table around the well and under the tree, you will have to come early. 

On Isternia Beach, Chef Antonia Zarpa's elegant restaurant is considered one of the best restaurants in Tinos. Feet in the water (beware of the waves!), you will taste a traditional cuisine revisited and original, based on fresh and organic products as much as possible. The speciality, to try with your eyes closed: the tarama with cuttlefish ink. We recommend that you come at the end of the day, to have an aperitif and watch the sun go down before getting down to business. A little more sought-after than average.

Go for the sunset because the view on the harbour is unique. Fish and seafood only.

200 m from the centre, it is the only pizzeria and café restaurant in the new port. It is also one of the oldest establishments in Tinos. Very well known by French tourists for more than 30 years, it changed owners 5 years ago, but its reputation has not deteriorated. Ideal for breakfasts, lunches, dinners by the sea. It offers homemade pizzas cooked over a wood fire, local products, fresh fish, Tinos omelettes, local loukoumades sweets, all at very good prices.

Restaurant, certainly highly tourist but whose copious meats offer good value for money. Fish is expensive.

5 € for a superb moussaka and 1 € the glass of white wine. A very affordable treat!

Once located on the harbour, it was one of the first restaurants to open for tourists. The same team always offers excellent Greek specialities, stuffed aubergines aubergines, stifados (onion beef with tomatoes), fresh swordfish with lemon… We're going to choose its dish from the day in the window at the bottom of the room. Some servers speak French. The prices are very correct. Breakfast in the morning.

This restaurant, opened in 1999, is located below the pedestrian street, right after the square near the main church. Ambrosia means "divine food". It is best to book, because the tiny terrace that overlooks the caldera directly counts only about twenty hedges. Greek fusion kitchen. Pasta, salads, fish, vegetarian dishes prepared with local produce.

Another restaurant at the Nautilus Hotel, and as its name indicates, is specialized in purely Italian cuisine. The service is the same, only inside the changing dishes.

Welcome to a pleasant tavern on the waterfront facing the volcano. What a nice surprise to find it after walking down the steps to share tasty plates with a welcoming Greek clientele. They serve very good specialities based on fresh fish. Taste the delicious homemade specialties: fish balls, eggplant puff pastry, tomatokeftedès and octopus. Prices are all the more correct compared to the restaurants that line the caldera in height and whose quality is sometimes questionable.

Under a bicentennial pine tree and in a small garden lined with orange trees, Dimitris welcomes you in simple but very clean and functional studios. Good value for money.

Very nice setting for a pleasant and romantic dinner on the background of Greek music. Greek and French map. The chef advises the lamb square that is particularly tasty. Big appetites will be tempted by T-Bone steak (which is huge). Fine wine list also.

In 1971, La Maison de Catherine opened its doors with the idea of bringing French gastronomy to Mykonos. Since then, the name of the restaurant has been anglicized, but the menu remains faithful to its origins. It is an absolute institution in Mykonos and you will have to make a reservation in order to hope to have a table in the discreet whitewashed alley. No "bling-bling" decoration, but an address of (rich) regulars where you will not necessarily be received with the same warmth if you come for the first time. The quality is there if you are in need of coq au vin or tartar...

Bonatsa is the last restaurant on the beach of Platys Gialos. It is possible to eat on the deckchairs under the umbrellas, with your feet in the water. On the menu here: fresh fish from Mykonos, modern and light cuisine and sushi bar. Friendly owner, good staff and good quality products for a simple cuisine based on fresh products. Ideal for a light evening meal. And not very expensive to eat Japanese food (the dumplings and noodles were very good). In short, the food is as good as the setting is enchanting.

Grilled chicken offers excellent value for money. Lamb and rabbit are not bad either.

One of the few taverns on your road to Tripiti. Traditional dishes nicely served, and with view. Nothing original, but a significant oasis under the sun…

Ndaxté extra to away on the thumb. The savings you will make at Takis will soon be spent in the jewellery of its restaurant.

This restaurant has the reputation of being the most elegant of the island with a magnificent view of the illuminated harbour and the sea.

A small, cosy and French-speaking bistro. It's nice, it's cool, you eat it, you drink it, it's good… you look at people, look at the sea, we're discussing the sea.

Undoubtedly one of the best addresses in Parikiá and a place that changes from the usual Greek restaurants. The setting is very pretty, in a patio covered with vines. This address offers a refined menu where Greek traditions and influences from elsewhere are mixed (beet and ginger ravioli, fennel risotto...). This contemporary approach does good and changes a little from the classics that can be found everywhere. Chef Giorgios Mavridis elegantly receives guests in a pleasant inner courtyard. A very very good address.

Quality international cuisine at a moderate price to savour in a beautiful garden. Let yourself be tempted by Daphne's salad, ideal for lunch or by the many more consistent evening dishes.

Located not far from the port and the Panagia Pantanassa, this restaurant serves quality Greek and fast food at very reasonable prices. Unsurprisingly, Allas is often a victim of its own success (come during off-peak hours to enjoy one of its tables), and understandably so: the gyros and souvlaki are exquisite, the portions are very generous and the salads are also very good. For vegetarian and vegan friends, you'll find an excellent vegan gyros here. A great place to enjoy a meal on the go.

In the shade of the tamarisk trees and with its feet (almost) in the sand, this restaurant and cocktail bar enjoys a very pleasant location. When it comes to food, you'll be spoilt for choice on the well-stocked Mediterranean and Asian-influenced menu (one of the only ones on Paros!): salads, pizzas, fish and seafood, numerous vegetarian options... The hardest part will be choosing! The service is attentive and friendly. And at sunset, the view over the bay of Parikia makes the Ephesus even more magical. A good address.

This fish and seafood tavern is ideally located on Aliki's small harbor. It comes from the entire island to taste fresh fish caught by the owner fishing in the morning. The octopus cooked on the tiles is falling and everything is simple, but fresh and good. 

This establishment serves good fish and cheap fish in a tiny port (hence its name).

At the same time restaurant, cocktail-bar and café, this place serves suitable Greek and international cuisine. Incidentally, it is above all the most beautiful terrace on the island with a breathtaking view. Discover it for lunch or simply for a coffee break. If dinner gets a little chilly, we even bring you a plaid. The food is clearly not very expensive, but drinks are not given. We advise you to book in August, especially at sunset, when the place fills up at a crazy pace.

10 m from the main square of Thira, on a nice terrace with a great view. We recommend the establishment for the warm professionalism of the staff and the quality of the dishes served. Among the house specialties: chicken with artichokes, spaghetti with lobster or garlic, capers and tomatoes... The menu is varied and offers hearty dishes, mainly Greek and Italian, at reasonable prices. By jabbering a little in French and automatically offering a drink, the owner makes the atmosphere even more friendly.

Efisia is an elegant, stone-walled restaurant offering gourmet cuisine based on organic, seasonal ingredients. Located by the pool and overlooking the Aegean Sea, Efisia showcases the rich diversity of local resources.

A small family tavern that serves authentic Greek cuisine, with some specialities prepared by the chef. We eat outside, in the middle of the quiet village, on a terrace with a view or under a huge plane tree, imposing and magnificent. There is even a table that sits above a small white church; it is a perfect place to enjoy this extraordinary and picturesque setting. The service is original: the water bottle is brought in a kind of large bucket. The staff is as efficient as it is friendly.

The challenge of the Argo restaurant is to combine traditional flavors of Santorini, or more widely from the Mediterranean, with other types of products coming from elsewhere to create unique dishes. A super gastronomy that makes it possible to familiarize yourself with the originality of the aromas of fava (broken pea pea), white eggplants, and patatina - a specialty that mixes eggs and potatoes - among others. The place is cozy, flowered and has a terrace with impressive views.

Here's a family-run taverna faithful to the Cycladic tradition of blue and white and Greek hospitality. Open since 1995 and overlooking the bay of Livadia, Trata is renowned for its home cooking based on fresh, tasty produce. Lefteris, head chef and owner of the restaurant, has set himself the highest standards, and the main attraction is the tasty seafood and freshly caught fish. You'll find some of the best grilled calamari on Paros, not to mention all the classics of Greek cuisine.

An attractive alternative on the port, where you can enjoy traditional Italian cuisine. Specialities such as bruschetta, but also more classic dishes: spaghetti with seafood for example. Gluten-free dishes are also available on request. Susanna, the owner of the establishment, decorated the premises with great taste. A unique table on the balcony on the first floor, with a breathtaking view of the port, which must be booked in advance.

The location of this restaurant, overlooking the sea and the island of Naxos off the coast, is reason enough to sit down. And to top it all off, the food is as exquisite as the location! Established in Lefkes since 1997, Agnadio specializes in meat, offering spit-roasted meats and exceptional grills. But of course, good meat is not enough to make a good address: here you'll also find excellent fresh local vegetables and Mediterranean dishes, both vegetarian and seafood-based. A real delight!

Proudly established since 2007 in the historic heart of the fishing village of Naoussa, Yemeni has never failed to live up to its excellent reputation. The restaurant features fresh, local and seasonal produce, which the chef brings to life in tasty, carefully-presented dishes. Yemeni blends the hospitality and charm of traditional Greek taverns with the refinement of semi-gastronomic cuisine and an excellent selection of finely executed wines and cocktails. An address that never disappoints.

A gastro menu in a very nice place: excellent food, breathtaking view and, to top it all off, a very good musical atmosphere. On the menu orchestrated by chef Konstantinos Angelopoulos, among others: beef cooked Brazilian style or risotto with mushrooms and truffle, all washed down, of course, with wines from the island. Mediterranean recipes with incredible meats, but also special menus for vegetarians and vegans. For a sweeter addition, it is also open for breakfast or a drink.

Don't hesitate to pass the door of this venerable institution in Fira that is Naoussa. First of all, you go there for its spectacular view of the caldera - try to book a good table, you won't regret it - and secondly for its prices which know how to stay wise. The menu features traditional dishes, including excellent stews and keftedes (meatballs) with tomato. We appreciate the pleasant service, which is not necessarily the case elsewhere on this tourist island.

A beautiful sheltered terrace and a small quiet indoor room. You will find here a delicious local cuisine, with a beautiful place devoted to capers (kapari in Greek). Try in particular its fava and grilled lamb with white wine and thyme.

The Pavilion is the gourmet restaurant of the Myconian Utopia Resort in Mykonos. It offers refined Greek dishes and local and international wines selected by the sommelier. The restaurant's chef recommends lamb chops with smoked eggplant purée. You'll also find fresh fish and lobster dishes to enjoy in a dining room overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Where to eat a €2 skewer with a view? If there is a place in Chora Naxos to eat well and cheaply, it's here! Beware, the plates are very copious (Naxos and Kozi salads are a treat, as well as pita breads...). In a relaxed atmosphere, they serve a multitude of grilled meats, Greek tapas and vegetarian dishes. With its large terrace overlooking the beach and Apollo's Gate, it is also an ideal place not to be missed to contemplate the sunset.

This complex, ten minutes away from Parikia, is an ideal place to spend a quiet day between your deckchair and the beautiful beach of Agia Irini, a secluded spot that is deserved after taking a long way through the pampas and which is therefore preserved from mass tourism. You can rest there to enjoy light and tasty dishes or practice the water activities available. Opened by French people, the atmosphere is warm, whether you are alone, in couple or in family with children.

Spilia is a restaurant whose reputation has been maintained for many years. Almost hidden behind the rocks of the small beach of Aghia Anna, this establishment welcomes you with your feet in the water, in a cove embedded in the rock. The setting is unique and the menu has some very good surprises in store for you, including the unmissable sea urchins and seafood pasta. You will have a wonderful time in this restaurant. Come rather at lunchtime to admire the view and arrive by the beach, above the turquoise waters ...

After the success of the two Nice n' Easy restaurants in Athens, the team came to conquer Mykonos. With a first address on Alefkandra Square in Little Venice, Nice n' Easy expanded in 2017. The focus is on products of organic and local origin. Gluten intolerants will also be happy to be considered. The large terrace can accommodate many guests, which is a plus compared to the restaurants in Chora's narrow streets. Finally, the last advantage: the Nice n' Easy is open all day long.

This is the reference to Neapolitan pizzas in Mykonos and all Cyclades: an Italian foreign minister would have confirmed it a few years ago. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, in a retro decor that recalls the vita of the 1960 s in Italy. The pizzas are made in the purest tradition of Naples.

Very friendly welcome in this tavern where you will be presented with different mezzés, succulent dishes, all for a very reasonable addition. For this reason, this family tavern is one of the best traditional addresses in Mykonos. In fact, people from all over the island flock here to taste the meat on the barbecue, which is renowned among locals, jet-setters and connoisseurs. In short, a house that is unanimously acclaimed, especially known for its spit-roasted suckling pig. A generous cuisine, in the greatest simplicity.

On the waterfront, with a sublime view of the port, the Remezzo has been an institution since 1967. At the time, he received the whole glamorous jet set that discovered Mykonos with Onassis. Since then, the managers have decided to renovate the premises: a gourmet restaurant, a bar with neat cocktails and sharp DJs. Come here for dinner if you want to taste refined (and expensive) Greek cuisine. Otherwise, take advantage of the end of the day to come and have a drink at the bar where a small snack menu is more affordable. Perfect for an evening with a view.

In a beautiful hidden garden, the Kalita is a beautiful establishment. It is located in the calm of Kalogera Street to share small refined entries, kind of elegant variations and gastro mezzedes. For those who want a more individual dish, hand pasta is delicious and the milk pig is a classic.
