This family property of 90 hectares is composed of three different vineyards: Château Lépine which produces red Bordeaux in Barsac, Château Mayne du Cros in Loupiac whose vines are spread out in Loupiac, white Bordeaux and red Bordeaux, and Château du Cros in Cérons where white and red gravel are produced. Here, you will discover one of the rare vineyards to exploit one hectare of vines planted in 1907, which produce an exceptional Loupiac, and this for 4 generations! On weekends, reservations are made by appointment only.

The Saint-Emilion cradle of the Moueix family, Château Fonroque has been owned by the Guillard family since July 2017. The estate is distinguished by its meticulous, almost pointillist approach to vine-growing and harvesting. The patience and passion dedicated to preserving the soil and enhancing the terroir have earned the estate the prestigious status of first biodynamically-certified Grand Cru Classé. A vineyard and wines with High Environmental Value in organic conversion! Château Tour Grand Faurie has belonged to the Feytit family since 1949. Proud representatives of the fourth generation, Isabelle and Franck Feytit continue to run this family estate 2 kilometers north of Saint-Emilion. It's to them that we owe the opening of the boutique in the heart of the medieval town, at 16 rue Guadet. Drop in for a visit.

The wines of the noble house Lafite took off when a Bordeaux doctor prescribed this wine to King Louis XV as the best and most pleasant tonic. If this 18th century building is adorned with rich Napoleon III furniture that is worth a look, the main curiosity remains the circular winery designed by the architect Ricardo Bofill. Combining aesthetics and functionality, the working buildings are the reason for the worldwide reputation of this first classified growth.

The Bas-Armagnac region of Landes is highly renowned for the quality of its wine production. Domaine d'Espérance is no exception, and excellence is the order of the day at this estate. With great kindness, Jean-Louis and Claire de Montesquiou will take you on a tour of the wine and armagnac cellars, before inviting you to taste one of their vins de pays: white "Cuvée d'Or", red "Cuvée Rouge", rosé "Cuvée Rosée", or their aperitif, white and rosé floc de Gascogne... Among the vines, the owners have set up a Bacchus gîte.

Voted best wine brandy producer in the world in 2022, Armagnac has always been at the heart of this superb estate, handed down from generation to generation. Gilles de Boisséson, the current owner, represents the ^10th generation. The estate covers 400 hectares, with 22 hectares of vines and 200 hectares of woodland. The château is currently the oldest family estate in the Armagnac appellation. The eau-de-vie produced is immediately transferred to oak barrels, which are then aged in a stone and earthenware cellar dating from 1876.

A showcase for the Landes region, Domaine d'Ognoas and its 565 hectares of Bas-Armagnac have been producing AOC armagnac since 1905 and floc since 1990. Guided tours will introduce you to the precious beverage, available in vintages of varying ages. Located on the heights of Chaniers, the 35 ha farm is run by Caroline and Mathieu who will help you discover a gastronomic heritage. These "bouilleurs de cru" (distillers) perpetuate an ancestral know-how and are eager to promote the Charentais local wines, the Pineau des Charentes and the famous Cognac in a true spirit of commitment. Passionate about vines, the couple has grown the family business by cultivating many grape varieties but also by promoting Charentais wines. A very nice visit awaits you!

For three generations, the Montel family has been growing vines on the slopes of Thézac, on a stony clay-limestone soil. It is now Yannick, THE producer of IGP Thézac-Péricard wine; he makes accessible and friendly wines. His wines include Tradition, a fruity red to be drunk young, then Dionysos, a more powerful red and finally a rosé, Instant Fraîcheur. This passionate farmer has kept a breeding of Blonde d'Aquitaine and offers their meat. You can also find him on the markets of Bon, Puymirol and Lamontjoie.

Catherine and Isabelle Orliac cultivate 10 ha of vines on their family estate of 30 ha. The sisters combine tradition and modernity to give birth to wines of character with long vatting periods. They produce red wines for laying down, matured in oak barrels, and pleasant and fruity rosés. Recently, following an ancestral family recipe, Catherine and Isabelle have been making "Family Secrets" aperitifs at low degrees, formerly served at the Court of Versailles.

Here for several generations this is the domain of the Laroumagne family. Josette the mom has retired, but she is not the last to welcome you with a smile. His sons Alain and Daniel are also happy to open the door, to show you the orchards, to show you a video illustrating the history of plum and prune… If you'cross'the plum cake taste religiously and without moderation, it is a little wonder. Cathy and Jean-Marie Le Bihan created their vineyard in 1997. For them, the spirit of terroir is paramount. Yields are not part of their philosophy. They work their vines organically and biodynamically, harvesting by hand. No yeast or enzymes are added before maturing in vats. Bottles are available in classic or magnum format. Domaine Bayard perfectly combines a passion for wine and the art of entertaining. As a producer of Jurançon wines, it stands out for its expertise and commitment to excellence. Carefully cultivated vines and traditional winemaking techniques produce exceptional wines. Enthusiasts can taste these wines in a dedicated area, discovering the full richness of Petit Manseng and Gros Manseng grape varieties. Tours of the estate and winery are also available. Château Fonrazade is just a stone's throw from the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, in the heart of a prestigious, thousand-year-old terroir classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Open for visits and tastings, this beautiful property adjoins the Premier Grand Cru Classé Château Angélus and produces a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2015. Jean-Yves and Anne Chaignaud keep the secret of the recipe for their liqueur and raspberry liqueur, which has been spreading for generations. This charming 5 hectare estate, located in the Pyrenean foothills not far from Pau, is owned by the Arraou family. With a production that has recently left the Jurançon appellation, these talented winegrowers have taken their biodynamic approach and have launched a pure vinification without any input. In this eco-responsible winery, new experiments are developed such as the ovoid vat made of limestone and clay inspired by the ancient Roman jars and which allows an optimal micro-oxygenation. Today, Domaine Jean-Yves Millaire is a certified organic (biodynamic) winegrower, with 45 hectares of vines in the Fronsac, Canon Fronsac and Bordeaux appellations. Since 1998, the vineyard has undergone a number of changes, including the planting of new, atypical grape varieties such as jurançon noir, petit manseng, colombard and riesling. The vineyards of Château Pontet Canet are located in the heart of the Pauillac appellation, south of the Mouton Rothschild estate. A visit to the château is quite unusual: horses can be seen moving among the vines. This ancestral human-animal method respects the vines and the terroir. The grapes are harvested by hand, using crates rather than baskets: they are transferred directly from the vines to the sorting table. Clos Gassiot is one of the oldest areas of the Jurancon. Its regularity in the quality of its wines never makes bad surprises. A know-how transmitted from generations to generations with the tradition, the vintage vintage and the award-winning wines for their fruity and finesse such as this Elegance, which bears its name remarkably well. For over 70 years, Château Bellegrave wines have been cultivated by the Bouldy family with respect and love for the vines. In 2001, Jean-Marie Bouldy, the second generation, began converting the estate to organic farming in order to preserve the qualities of this special terroir. However, it wasn't until 2009 that the conversion to controlled organic farming became official. In this remarkable Renaissance residence, built on the ruins of a fortified castle on the heights of Entre-Deux-Mers, the Le Grix de la Salle family has been cultivating vines for 4 generations. During your visit, the owner will show you the château's ^16th-century courtyard and pepper-pot towers, as well as the historic wine storehouse and panoramic vineyards, not to mention the fascinating biodiversity. Château Le Grand Verdus was awarded a Best of Wine Tourism (Best of d'or) in the "Architecture & Landscapes" category in 2023.

A favorite among the grands crus classés, Château le Chatelet is located near the collegiate church and the bell tower overlooking the monolithic church, and next to the old church of Saint-Martin de Mazerat. The notoriety of this cru needs no further confirmation, for as early as 1867, the international jury at the Paris Exhibition awarded it the Gold Medal. From pig farming to vineyards, this family has gone through several formative stages, from father to son. Pork first, and still relevant today since the ^16th century: "Abotia in Ispoure has been supplying pigs to the inhabitants of Pamplona since 1530", according to the archives. Wine began to exist at the end of the ^19th century. The vineyard almost disappeared until it was resurrected in 1987 with the arrival of the Errecart couple, assisted by their son Peio, on the 8.5-hectare estate on steep hillsides. This family estate has been producing walnuts, truffles and, for some years now, Domme wine for four generations. Château du Coureau is a 68-hectare family estate that has been farmed for five generations, and is surrounded by part of its own vineyard.
