Located on the Saussignac hillside, the Serge Gazziola EARL vineyard is a 35-hectare winegrowing estate. Winemaker Serge Gazziola is an ardent defender of his terroir, and makes a point of improving this heritage. The vineyard is certified Agriculture respectueuse de l'environnement (AREA) level 2 and Haute Valeur environnementale (HVE) since 2019. A wide range of grape varieties are grown, including Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec for red wines, and Semillon and Sauvignon for white wines. The estate offers two châteaux: Château Les Plaguettes, which produces Bergerac wines to be drunk young, and Château Seignoret Les Tours, which produces more complex, oak-aged Bergerac and Saussignac wines. Château Barberousse, located in Saint-Émilion, is a winery owned by SCEA des Vignobles Stéphane Puyol. The vineyard was created in 1955 and covers an area of 70 ares. The main grape varieties grown are Merlot (70%), Cabernet Franc (15%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (15%). The grapes are harvested mechanically, and vinified in barrel, concrete and stainless-steel vats. The wine is aged in vats (50%), new barrels (30%) and barrels of one or more wines (20%). Château Barberousse produces an average of 30,000 bottles a year. Located in the town of Saint-Emilion, Vignobles Jean Dubech comprises three wine estates: Château Riou de Thaillas, Enclos Saint-Louis and Château des Lucioles. Located in Lussac, just a few hills from Saint-Emilion, Château La Rose Perrière is a family-run wine estate offering wine tours and stays. The Sylvain family, attached to their terroir for four generations, emphasize their passion for viticulture and wine, as well as their commitment to sustainable development. The vineyard, one of the oldest in the Lussac-Saint-Emilion appellation, is currently undergoing organic conversion. Founded in 1938 by Christian Labat, the Labat Lapouge vineyards are located on the right and left banks of the Garonne. In the hands of Virginie Barbe,^3rd generation, the vineyards extend over 48 hectares. Since the 1990s, AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont, AOC Bordeaux red (Château Daubrin) and AOC Graves red (Château Dorléac) wines are produced here. Cultivated on 26 hectares of clay-limestone soil, the sweet white wine of Château Les Arroucats (AOC Sainte-Croix-du-Mont) is the result of a work combining tradition and modernity.

The Chéty family have been winegrowers for 5 generations. They took possession of Château Haut Colombier in the early 1990s. The estate is located on a hill in the Blayais region, with a view over the Gironde estuary. Olivier and Emmanuel have taken over from their father Jean, and are now masterfully managing the family estate. Château Garbes-Cabanieu is a winery offering a wide range of Bordeaux wines. Vignobles Laguillon et Fils is a family estate located in Saint-Étienne-de-Lisse, in the Bordeaux region.
