Founded in 1966, this sailing club offers sailing for all at its two bases: La Flotte and Rivedoux. Easily accessible, the Rivedoux base is located on the village's southern beach and enables children aged 5 and over to discover the joys of sailing. Beyond the purely sporting aspect, the young sailors also discover the marine environment in complete safety. The youngest sail on the famous Optimists, beginners on Laser Funboats and older children on New Cat Catamarans. Courses last from 3 to 5 days. The association has been awarded the "Ecole Française de Voile" label, guaranteeing teaching leading to autonomy, practical and adapted facilities, and the possibility of sailing in complete safety. Private lessons are available for confident beginners or advanced sailors: catamarans, dinghies, as well as windsurfers for hire.

Just the bridge crossed and you'll only want to: take your bicycle to the beach. What if this year you decide to test a new activity? Finish swimming, place at the stand-up paddle! This sport consists of standing up on a large board with a paddle. The advantage is that you can make walks or hikes, simple activities that are made on a quiet water. Le Petit Futé recommends you come to this school, open since 2010. You will be aware of Maxime, holder of the Professional Patent of Sports Educator in Surfing, who will make you discover this activity by adapting to your level and providing valuable advice. It is possible to rent padle stands on the Gollandières beach and to exercise freely or enjoy introductory and refresher courses to enjoy the waves.

The Aquarécréatif centre is part of the tourist complex of Bort-les-Orgues Lake and allows access to the pleasures of water when you stay at the camping des Aubazines. For bathing: a basin heated to 26 degrees with a depth of up to 1 m 20 (nage, hyrdomassantes benches, brumisateurs) a paddling pool right next to the children and green palge facing the lake. For relaxation: A solarium terrace all around with deckchairs and parasols as well as a whirlpool bath. From 12 a. m. to 18 p. m., a snack offers drinks and fast food.

Cool spot! Created in 1972 in the middle of a vast wooded area on the border between two communes, this 7-hectare lake offers relaxation for the whole family. Farniente or sporting activities, the choice is yours. Swimming is supervised here in summer. Water slide, children's playground, picnic area, fishing, pétanque, waterski lift, accrobranche - the activities are numerous. For walkers, there's a hiking trail and a trail course.

For over 35 years, Pyrénées Aventures Nouvelles has been offering canyoning trips, combined with caving, hiking and climbing in the Soule canyons, from the village's nautical base. Samuel and Olivier, qualified instructors, will introduce you to fun and sporting activities in a world combining mineral and plant life. It's a unique, fun experience for 3-year-olds and over to discover the bowels of the Earth and share the passion of our instructors.

Stade Montois canoë-kayak organizes self-guided canoe trips on the Midouze. Half-day or full-day trips are available on a calm, shady river, accessible to paddlers of all levels. In summer, departure is from Mont-de-Marsan town center, at the foot of the tourist office. Departures from the Tartas tourist office are also available. An unforgettable outdoor activity on a river accessible to all.

Sailing enthusiasts, welcome to Sport Nautique d'Andernos! The friendly instructors, the trips around the Île aux Oiseaux... are just some of the reasons to try your hand at sailing. Nautical excursions and courses during the school vacations are offered on Optimists from age 6, dinghies from age 8, catamarans from age 10 and windsurfers from age 11. The course comprises 5 sessions of 3 hours each, from Monday to Friday, depending on the tides. Private and group lessons are led by qualified instructors.

River Canoë Kayak offers free hiking on the Dordogne. The beginner journey stretches over six kilometers to the small picturesque town of Allas-les-Mines. Enjoy a stop and discover its Gallo-Roman heritage and Renaissance style buildings. Back to the starting point, if you want to renew the experience, longer shipments are possible towards Grolejac, Vitrac or La Roque-Gageac.

Lac Lake is dedicated every summer to welcome local and holiday travellers. Our sandy beaches are open to hikers and bathers. But before comfort, a little sport does not hurt! Casteladventure's leisure base rents pedal boats and canoes at half-hour: it is up to you to take up the challenge of the 17 hectares! You will also find a health course and routes for a more aerial visit.

Come aboard Eaux Skadi! This association offers fishing trips for the whole family, as well as sea outings for real pleasure. With Jean-Marie Lissardy at the helm, a qualified fishing instructor and member of the SSNM (Station Nationale de Sauvetage en Mer), you can discover the waters of the Basque country in complete safety and serenity. You can take to the sea on the "Esteou", an 8.50 m boat equipped for coastal and offshore sailing, with your children from the age of 8, for walks and a better understanding of the marine environment.

Lake City is a leisure base on the road to Le Barp, but it is above all the^first equipped Wakepark in France. Lake City is 100% gliding: wakeboarding, water skiing, paddle... a discovery from the age of 4 years, learning, improvement with adapted equipment and supervised by state certified instructors. A Zen cabin located above the water offers a spa as well as body and facial treatments. There is also an Aquapark where you can have fun with your family or friends on inflatable structures and a giant catapult! Possibility of restoration on the spot.

With its island-like appearance in the heart of nature, this leisure center is just incredible. In summer, the shores are like a seaside and swimming is supervised. The water is home to the 1,000 m² aquazone. If you like to relax under the sun, you'll find what you're looking for, but if you're eager for activities and discoveries, the 100 hectares of the site have many surprises in store for you! Introduction to water-skiing, towed buoys, water slides: it's all downhill, it's all slippery, it's all action and everyone has fun! A nice playground completes the site.

The Centre Nautique Biscarosse Olympique welcomes you to Latécoère on the south lake and to Navarrosse on the north lake in summer. Here, you can take advantage of the sailing school to learn all year round, the sports school to try your hand at competition, or leisure sailing for those who already know how to sail. Summer courses, lasting from 3 to 5 days and subject to registration, are available for all levels, for beginners or advanced sailors aged 5 and over.

Arteka makes the mountains its playground. Supervised by professionals, in total safety, here is a reference in the field where you can practice all kinds of activities around white water. Rafting, canyoning, via ferrata, climbing, paintball, scooter... There's no shortage of thrills around Bidarray. On the program: sharing, immersing yourself in nature, descending the Otxondo pass on a scooter and climbing the Baztan rock for beginners. Accommodation is also available in the 2 gîtes, each with its own snack bar.

Catabas is a specialist in boat rental in Arcachon, offering sailing and motor catamarans for day, weekend or multi-day charter, with or without skipper, for those who have mastered the art of sailing a catamaran and are familiar with the Arcachon basin. Boats can accommodate from 2 to 21 people. Catabas also offers you the opportunity to organize a private cruise for 2h30 or more, including an overnight stay. Romantic for some, more festive for others, for an EVG/EVJF for example...

This inflatable water park on the 99-hectare Lac de Treignac, which has been awarded the Pavillon Bleu label, covers over 800 m². A summer afternoon paradise for all ages 6 and up. Swimmers must be able to swim, and children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. On the program: catapults, trampolines, floating cages, obstacle mats, floating bananas, giant towers with slides... Teens love it, little ones love it, and parents love it too! Franck is a former surfing champion and professional coach for top-level athletes. So it's only natural that his own home, just a few hundred meters from the beach, has become a veritable surf camp. With his team, he takes care of teenagers (+ 11 years old) and adults for an initiation or improvement in surfing, stand-up paddle or bodyboarding. The courses are intensive (3 lessons a day) and are extended by recovery sessions in the 38°C hot tub and video analysis.

Xcat' is Franck Vidal's catamaran - with a merchant navy and surfing diploma - on which you can embark for a trip along the Côte d'Argent or to observe dolphins with the X-Dophin formula. From the age of 8, the X-Fish is ideal for sea fishing. For adults only, the X-Tuna version is available from September to mid-October. With the X-Clusive, you can charter the catamaran for up to 12 people! And let's not forget the X-Tapas, where you can watch the sunset with a few local delicacies...

The Charente Sailing School gives children and adults alike a taste of the joys of sailing on the Saint-Yrieix lake. You can rent catamarans, windsurfers, canoes and mountain bikes by the hour or half-day. Introductory and advanced courses are available on reservation. Finally, around the base, you can take advantage of the many activities available: jogging and mountain bike tracks, playgrounds, handball, five-a-side soccer... Of course, you can also swim in the lake!

Located in Socoa, this small nautical base has its feet practically in the water and is bursting with activities. Jet-skiing along the Basque coast to discover the magnificent landscapes, made up of creeks and rocks, from Hendaye to the Landes. D.E. instructors will guide you on these tours, which are suitable for everyone. If you have a coastal license, you can rent a jet-ski for a solo or duo outing. Another activity is Flyboard, with which you can fly over the water using a powerful water jet and pressure. Sensations guaranteed!

Little brother of snowboarding in aquatic version, wakeboarding appeared at the end of the 80s. On the water or in the air, you will have a blast! Supervised by Laurent Delacroix, captain of the French team from 1998 to 2000 and coach of the French hopeful team, the Wakelagoona wakeboard school is located in a very nice spot. At Osmosia Wakepark, Tom Gradt, a competitor with a BP Jeps diploma, is in charge of the wakeskate, wakesurf and ski lift sessions.

Whether you're a fan of water sports, jet-skiing, towed buoys or boating, Memphis Jet offers a wide range of activities. Professionals of the sea who welcome you to Hendaye in a friendly atmosphere from the ocean. Jetskiing, flysurfing, towed buoys and sea walks along the Basque coastline are just some of the activities you can enjoy. For evenings out with the family or in a group, San Sebastian's night-time outings in August feature the most beautiful fireworks festival facing the sea. A great gift idea.

In the heart of La Bastide-Clairence, a village classified as "France's most beautiful village", Jungle Canoë offers an ecological experience for all to (re)discover the Basque Country and its lagoon. How does it work? By paddling the Joyeuse, a river that turns into the Aran before flowing into the Adour. You'll explore lush green vistas as you explore the Basque cultural and natural heritage. And if you want to learn to sail, professional skippers will teach you how to trim a sail.

The XXL aquatic center offers all the facilities that budding and experienced swimmers dream of! Surrounded by greenery and bathed in natural light, it invites its visitors to challenge themselves physically in its 50-meter Olympic pool with 8 water lines, to push back the limits of depth in its diving pit, and to perfect their skills in a 25-meter learning pool. Aquagym classes, swimming lessons and other aquatic activities are offered in the latter. Outdoor pools and a balneo area complete the offer.

You can discover the Leyre and its delta without tiring yourself out on a boat called a Galupe. This flat-bottomed boat, once used to transport goods by river in the Landes region, is steered by a boatman using oars and paddles to preserve nature. This guided tour, interpreted and supervised by Guillaume and Yannick, is open to all. Depending on the tides, you'll discover wilderness areas. You can observe the flora and fauna of this river, nicknamed the Little Amazon for its amber color due to iron hydroxide.

At the confluence of the Vonne and Clain rivers, Vivonne's canoeing and kayaking association promises great fun on the water! Rent canoes, kayaks or stand-up paddles from Les Pagayous. All equipment is provided. There are three itineraries to choose from (4, 7 or 13 km). You'll be transported upstream from the base, and then all you have to do is enjoy the ride through nature, at your own pace. A real treat on a hot day! And as an added bonus, take a quiz along the way to learn more about the local fauna, flora and heritage.

The Basque Country at the pace of paddling and kayaking, with professional supervision and tailor-made services. An original and sporty way to discover the ocean and mountains, its coastline and its French and Spanish Basque rivers. On land, from Saint-Jean-Pied-de-Port to Bayonne, with customized courses: aqua-rando, airyak, rafting and canoraft. Sea side, from Saint-Jean-de-Luz to San Sebastian or Bayonne: Esquimo kayak, sunset hike. Tailor-made private packages for companies and groups.

Close to Angoulême, this marina is the ideal setting for a waterside break, and offers a variety of activities: guinguette, departure point for river excursions, boat hire without a licence, canoes, kayaks, pedal boats, stand-up paddles, bicycles.

Take a cruise on La Reine Margot. On the Charente River from Angoulême, La Reine Margot offers summer theme cruises or lunch and dinner cruises. Departing from the port of l'Houmeau, you'll discover a route through the locks at the gateway to the city, with unusual views of the city (including the Nil district and the comic strip museum) and a unique approach to the biodiversity of the wild banks of the Charente. Cruises last from 1h30 to 5h (with meals on board).

The port has existed since the ^16th century, exporting cereals until the early 1970s. However, the construction of silos at La Pallice and restrictions on the tonnage of ships entering Marans condemned this activity. Lumber imports from the North continued until the 1990s. Now a marina, Marans has 180 berths and 10 visitor berths. Sailors benefit from a host of services: free toilets and showers 24 hours a day, drinking water and electricity on the pontoons, wifi. Above all, shops are close at hand.

Known for its oyster industry and its close ties with Île Madame, Port-des-Barques is also a popular spot for yachtsmen. But to be in with a chance of a berth, you have to join a waiting list. Allocated according to availability, the mooring is subject to a decree of occupation of the public maritime domain, valid for ten years and renewed at the request of the concession-holder. A shuttle service is available every day in season, and a port agent is on hand every weekend.

The only water ski and wakeboard school in Lahonce, close to Bayonne, since 2007, Julien, a state-certified water ski instructor, introduces children, adults and seniors to the sensations of water sports. On a stable, enclosed 1 km² stretch of water, on an exceptional "spot", towed by a Mastercraft with integrated fat bag and 310 hp of power, with personalized supervision, you'll make rapid progress. Children can experience the joys of water skiing on the introductory bar from age 6. Barefoot, wake, kneeboard, foil surfing...

The underwater world is fascinating! Thanks to the Urpean diving club, you can discover some of the most varied sites on the Basque coast, either solo or accompanied, including the "morutier" wreck at San Sebastian in Spain. Just a few motor turns from the port of Hendaye, the "wall" is one of the most beautiful dives, with a rich and varied fauna. Whether you're looking for a snorkeling trip, a first dive for children or adults, Level 1 or Nitrox training, the club is open to all. And you can also improve your skills by passing your Level 2.

An exclusive place to relax: located between Guéret and the Massif Forestier de Chabrières, this area offers a supervised beach in summer, walks around the lake, as well as physical and sporting activities for young and old, such as windsurfing, pedal boats and more. You'll also find picnic areas and a roller-skating area to round off the activities. All in all, a great day out!

On the famous Cavaliers beach in Anglet, 5 minutes from Biarritz, Mathieu and his team of qualified instructors, with over 20 years' experience, organize, advise and introduce surfing to all ages. The school is certified by the French Surfing Federation. Lessons are scheduled according to the tides. In rough weather, the surf school can take you to more suitable spots. Lessons, courses, school and accommodation are also available during the week. The surf school has a new permanent structure on the beach, with an on-site shower.

While the island of Oleron is famous for its fine sandy beaches, it also harbors another treasure: marshes that can be visited to the silent rhythm of canoes. To discover this activity, head for the Perrotine channel. Canoeing, kayaking and stand-up paddling are the best ways to discover this unspoilt natural site. With only the sound of your paddle plunging into the water and the rhythm of the tide, you'll spot many birds and animals. You can also take a guided tour to learn more about the environment.

Come and relive the adventure of the "gabariers" on a tour of the Dordogne gorges above Argentat. Guided tours are offered Monday to Saturday at 3pm from May to October. Themed walks with an actor are also organized for the public, in July and August only. A word of advice: bring a hat and a bottle of water for the walk.
