From April to November, the CitySurf shuttle takes you surfing from Bordeaux. Managed by surfing professionals, the school has been awarded the "Ecole Française de Surf" label and accompanies you to the ocean to learn to surf or improve your skills. This catamaran didn't choose its name by chance. More than just a simple iodized trip, Benoît offers a little dream to all those who want to take a trip on the ocean. Originally from La Couarde, Benoît naturally came back to the island to moor his boat. You'll need to visit the charming port of St Martin to meet him and take advantage of one of the outings on offer. Of course, to get the most out of sailing, it's best to take a day trip. That way, you'll have plenty of time to enjoy life on the catamaran and make the trip to Fort Boyard, before enjoying a delicious stopover on the Ile d'Aix. Benoît will even give you time for lunch before setting off again for the Ile de Ré. Half-day trips are also available. The catamaran will take you along the coast of Ré to discover the Fier d'Ars, the Trousse Chemise beach before a pleasant swim at the banc du bûcheron. Allo Canoë offers you to discover the region on board a canoe-kayak. Located on the banks of the Dronne, the base allows you to evolve on the river for 1 hour, half a day, a day or even several days if you wish. Beginners can try canoeing on the Fontaine d'Amour-Vigonac course, estimated at two hours. You will be able to discover the fauna and flora that feed on the water of the Dronne, but also the architectural heritage of the places you cross.

The 12-hectare lake lies just below the village. You can swim there (under supervision) in July and August. You can rent pedal boats, canoes and kayaks, and above all mountain bikes! The lake's mountain bike base is the starting point for five circuits. The most difficult is Mont Gargan (30 km), and the easiest is La Villetelle (5 km). There are also tennis courts, a volleyball court, table tennis and children's playground. Numerous activities are offered during the summer. A pleasant setting.

At the magnificent Jonas site, fishing enthusiasts stalk predators such as carp, perch, zander and pike. A specially designed station is available for people with reduced mobility. You can also hire pedal boats to explore the 27-hectare pond. Please note, however, that swimming is not permitted. The Forgeneuve lake offers water skiing. Whether you prefer classic skiing, wakeboarding, barfooting, mono-skiing or bi-skiing for beginners with a starter at the helm, our instructors are on hand to cater for all levels. A six-hectare lake in the immediate vicinity of Flavignac offers supervised swimming in summer afternoons, except Mondays. On-site leisure facilities include a children's playground, as well as areas dedicated to adults, including petanque and tennis courts. Volleyball and table tennis are available at the nearby campsite. Semi-shaded tables and benches are available for picnics. Fishing is permitted from April to October.

Introducing the little ones to swimming and entertaining them on the beach is the mission of Club La Vigne, which offers supervised lessons and games for children up to 18 years of age. For the novices, rafting allows to discover white water in complete safety. The most courageous or the most athletic can navigate on more autonomous boats (hot-dog, kayak). The Aviron Bayonnais Omnisports has 24 sections: aikido, athletics, rowing, basketball, English boxing, cycling, soccer, fencing, handball, judo, swimming, pelota, pro rugby, tennis, chess, pirogue...
