In oyster and bouchots parks, in the realm of surface lures! It's in the southern part of the Island of Oléron by the presence of oyster aquaculture and myticulture that allows an entire ecosystem to evolve through tides. Here the bar finds its food. It's a shallow fishery (between 1 and 3 metres), very technical, with light material, hard lures, on sites where beautiful fish are on the lookout. The fight in force by the bar is exciting. Fish are sometimes reduced by several kilos. Do not delude yourself: fishing on the parks maybe… sporty! When conditions are not favourable to surface fishing on oyster parks, they are joined in the north, in more distant and deep fishing areas. The fishery is then pulled away by handling soft lures or exploded jiggs at the boat's edge (vertical fishing), or by launching lightweight soft lures (fly fishing). In both cases it is possible to try bars… and lean.
