This is a very nice 8 kilometer hike in the undergrowth, with beautiful views of the Clain and Envigne valleys along the trails. The Sentier de l'Adour is a 130 km hiking trail along the river. The route crosses 28 communes, alternating between left and right banks. There are several sections to choose from: Dax and Saint-Vincent-de-Paul, Candresse and Hinx, Préchacq-les-Bains and Gousse... The Adour trail leads from Toulouzette to Saint-Sever, then from Augreilh to Péré to Montgaillard. In short, there's a lot of walking to be done!
