This family estate, located on the banks of the Orb, is an exceptional winegrowing property. For six generations, the Viennet family has been perpetuating the winegrowing tradition, and since 2006 has been focusing on wine tourism. The estate covers 60 hectares and produces a range of 12 wines, aged in a magnificent cellar carved out of the rock. The estate also hosts sculpture and painting exhibitions, and has five guest rooms in the château, surrounded by English parkland. The cellars can be visited by telephone reservation.

Domaine Marie Blanche is a winery offering a varied range of wines. Products include Cuvée Crépin Delorme, Cuvée Caprice, Cuvée du Solitaire, Signargues, regional Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Rosé and white Côtes du Rhône. Schedules are subject to change, so check before you go.

This 145-hectare estate produces high quality wines from its 96 hectares of vines. Its clay-limestone soil gives birth to famous AOC La Clape and IGP Pays d'Oc wines. In the cellar, you can also select a bottle of Carthagène, a sweet Languedoc specialty. Château Pech-Céleyran is also known for its very active wine tourism offer with its 5 luxury guest rooms, ranging from 18 to 40^m2, its swimming pool and its arty events. When you think of wine tourism, you immediately think of Château La Bastide, located to the north of the Corbières appellation. Nan-Ping Gao masterfully manages this 180-hectare estate, 60 of which are PDO and PGI. Environmentally conscious, the estate is in the process of converting to organic farming, and produces over 20 top-quality wines, including the Istoria, Eidos and Optimée cuvées. All these wines regularly win gold medals. Nan also loves meeting people. She offers guided tours, tastings in the cellar and events such as "Vendangeur d'un jour ", a unique opportunity for sharing.

The estate produces exceptional wines that are regularly awarded in agricultural competitions. Château Barréjat won a gold medal at the Salon de l'Agriculture in 2020. The madiran and pacherenc du-vic-bilh wines are also cited in many specialized guides. Some of the plots are very old and this exceptional robustness allows us to obtain wines of great quality. Denis Capmartin shapes his vines with respect to tradition and terroir. He produces powerful reds and whites, either dry or sweet.

Château Auzias Multispace is a lively hybrid space housed in the estate's former stables. A tasting cellar, it is also a designer boutique and an arts and crafts workshop-gallery. Events are organized throughout the year: Christmas market or tapas bar, tastings, temporary exhibitions... In fine weather, you can enjoy the beautiful terrace while discovering local artists and craftsmen.

Domaine Bonzoms has been cultivating 22 hectares of hand-harvested, organic vines since 2009. It's a family story (5 generations since 1827!) and a way of working that's as close to nature as possible. Bruno Pellegrini, an oenologist by training and a winemaker at heart, has successfully restructured his estate: rigorous selection of new grape varieties, control of production, and a respectful approach to the environment. Today, his daughter Ophélie and son-in-law Xavier are carrying on the family tradition. As a result, after decades of hard work, these wines from the La Clape terroir are exported all over the world. Bought at the beginning of the 20th century by the Gessler family, it is now Vanessa and Kevin, representatives of the^4th generation, who have the reins of the Domaine de Joÿ. The Gesslers have always been lovers of white wines, and they bring out the best in traditional grape varieties with great delicacy. Low-pressure pressing, fermentation in temperature-controlled vats and air-conditioning in the winery allow the wine to be matured gently and no sulphites are added. Folle-blanche and baco are also grown to produce the famous armagnac.

Clos Triguedina, the birthplace of the Baldès family, is surrounded by 73 hectares of vines. The first plots were planted here in 1830 by Étienne, 7 generations before Juliette Baldès, who took over from her parents Jean-Luc and Sabine. A winemaker at heart from an early age, Juliette has given the Clos a bright future. The range of wines produced here is astonishingly generous. The cuvées subtly combine Cahors tradition with modernity. Beautiful, fun museum space and pleasant tasting pavilion. The benchmark for Cahors!

A guided tour of this great cellar, which is a tribute to the work of men, is well worth the detour to discover its superb and grandiose tuns room, through which you can contemplate the immense two-hundred-year-old vats on either side. A must-see! The visit continues with a tasting of dry and sweet wines. By appointment, the Terres des Templiers wine merchant offers guided tours through the vineyards and tastings of great vintages. As for the welcome, it's impeccable, and the whole team is extremely friendly.

Domaine Lalaurie is a fine family story spanning ten generations. Today, twin sisters Camille and Audrey combine their know-how and dynamism at the head of the estate. Driven by the same love of the land, they offer wines that combine authenticity and modernity, while respecting the traditions of their ancestors. In their storied cellar, open to visitors by appointment, the winemakers invite you to discover a wide range of grape varieties and flavors.

Magnificent residence, of regional and Persian style. A vineyard divided between tradition and modernism gives the best of its soil. The vines, managed in organic culture certified by Ecocert, are strewn with perennial flowers, lupins, fenugreek, oats, broad beans and other plants that transfer nitrogen from the air to the earth! This quality policy results in yields below the appellation limit. The king grape variety for Fronton wines, as for the estate, remains the négrette (called pinot Saint-Georges in the United States).

The estate produces excellent organic wines and also offers a 4-star campsite with unusual accommodations such as igloos, trailers and winegrower cabins. The friendly, family atmosphere is enhanced by the beauty of the surrounding nature, the varied facilities and the friendliness of the staff. Activities include river swimming and an evening "Wine & Cheese Tour" where the winemaker guides visitors through the vineyards, cellar and century-old winery on board the harvest trailer.

A few kilometers from Nissan-Lez-Ensérunes, Château la Vernède is an old beautiful Folie du Languedoc, a legacy of the golden age of wine merchants in the ^19th century. Dedicated to viticulture since antiquity, the estate is now preserved by the^5th generation of the Ribet family in the person of Jean-Marc Ribet. Under the vinification of Mr. Maurer, an Alsatian trained in Bordeaux, the AOC Coteaux-du-Languedoc vintages offer powerful and harmonious reds, revealing nuances of fruit, licorice and sweet spices.

Jean-François and Laurence present highly aromatic, fine, elegant wines, made in the pure tradition of the region's representative grape varieties. This is one of the few wineries that is within walking distance of Perpignan. It is close to the city, yet far from it. The diversity of the wines of this domain is explained by the variety of the soils: the vines are planted on 3 types of soil: limestone on Calce, black schist in Espira de l'Agly and rolled pebbles around the domain. Finally, the other strong point of this domain is the reception in gites.

In the middle of the olive trees, Sophie and Xavier Palatsi hold this vineyard with the precious advice of Jean Natoli. The estate, which extends over 60 hectares, 35 of which are vines, produces wines from sustainable agriculture. All have been Terra Vitis labelled since 2010 and benefit from the Pays d'Oc Hérault PGI protected geographical indication. Among the "specialities" of the house, the Jardin de Jules, a red wine; Jalade, a rosé; and the Cuvée Gatefer (red wines). Tastings and visits to the cellars are organised and guest rooms welcome you for one or more nights in the estate's bastide. Finally, a 250 m² room is available for receptions for up to 70 people.
