Meat and fish grills are cooked on the beech embers of Payolle and if you have never been tempted by a good soup at noon, it is time to change your mind by testing Germaine's garbure, the real, as her great-grandmother did: vegetables cooked in simmered broth with bones of ham, duck conflict and dumplings of old bacon, garlic, parsley and broccoli… Conflict and liver fresh duck, black pig, land speaks you! For dessert, croustades with wood fruits are one of the specialties of the house. In the summer you can dine on the terrace, in the shade of the spruce.
