Le Vélo sentimental is part of a fair, ecological, solidarity and gastronomic approach. On the second floor of the former Canal du Midi lockmaster's house, just across from the Matabiau train station, the restaurant offers a balanced and tasty cuisine to local residents, cyclists passing through or travelers in transit. Guinea fowl, veal tendron, large regional salads, Basque pie... In fine weather, the tables are set up in the inner courtyard, in the shade of the hundred-year-old lime tree. A place of life, exchange and sharing around the bicycle with La Maison du vélo.
