Under the arcades of Place de la Bastide, this brasserie's menu is strongly influenced by the flavors of the Southwest. Foie gras is served pan-fried with caramelized apples, calamari is accompanied by chorizo and duck breast is on the menu, as are scallops and the fish of the day.
