Since 1957 when it was established in Louviers, Maison Clet has never stopped thinking bigger. It can now be found at numbers 4 to 8 of the same street, in a sumptuous and spacious space that offers a wide range of wines and spirits and all the best of the delicatessen. In addition to the thousand wines on offer, you will find nearly four hundred whiskies, rums, cognacs and calvados to suit all tastes, as well as a fine selection of foies gras, truffles, chocolates, jams, teas... Norman products are naturally given pride of place.

What do you say? It is simply an exceptional address, one that is not available every day. The outside may not attract you, and you would be wrong not to return. More than 250 references of rum, plus 300 whiskies and rare products. A young and talented team that finds its customers nuggets, really, an address to keep and visit regularly.

For almost 30 years, this independent wine merchant has been taking us on a journey to the heart of the vineyards, overlooking... the sea, the lighthouse and the port. Over 300 wines from the best grape varieties of our terroirs in this Ali-Baba (rne) cellar, 90% of them from small growers. Local wines (do you know Coteaux du Giennois?) or grands crus, spirits, ciders, beers from local brewers, rums from overseas and elsewhere, there's something for every palate and every budget. There's nothing flashy about it, but the presentation is neat and tidy, with regular new arrivals.

A family business founded in 1946, specialised in the trade and distribution of major references in wines, alcohols and Norman products. You will find calvados, pommeaux, champagnes, beers, soft drinks, gourmet baskets, but also the specialty, Les Délices de Rollon (dark chocolate filled with calvados).

After a long period on Rouen's left bank, Au Coeur des Vignes moved to Bonsecours a few years ago. The store still offers a superb selection of wines from all regions of France. Although it specialises more in Rhône and Languedoc, the shopkeeper readily admits to having a weakness for Burgundy, and increasingly for the Loire. His selection of over 200 wines caters for all budgets, as he also knows how to find local wines at affordable prices.

Run by a passionate man, Frédéric Emeraud, the establishment immerses you in this universe where aromas, flavours, and bouquets are revealed to those who are willing to make the effort. You will be able to find your happiness among the fifty references of whiskies, the tasting accessories, the gift boxes...

A wine merchant who seduces by his kindness, his love of wine and his... bottle! Head sommelier of the Drouant restaurant for 20 years, member of the Association des Sommeliers de Paris, Nicolas Loubère is a great oenologist. In his sober and elegant wine cellar - where a few autographed photos of his Parisian past are displayed - he advises with his great experience, while charging low prices. Nicolas favours independent winemakers. Great classics, great vintages, great finds, Drouant champagne (exclusive), spirits and tasting evenings!

Aux Délices de Laurie is first and foremost a purple front, with golden writings... Here is a chic and charming delicatessen, which enchants the heart of Saint-Pierre. Here, greed is not a bad thing! To succumb to it, Laurie offers you products from our sunny region! You will also find spices, teas, coffees, syrups, oils, vinegars, vanillas, chocolates, cakes... At noon, the place becomes a nice little brasserie with a simple but efficient menu, and in the afternoon, the shop is also a tea room!

If you're passing through the pretty classified village of Villeray, don't forget to stop by the In Vino Veritas cellars. Located just a stone's throw from the Domaine de Villeray, the store offers a wide range of wines from the thirst-quenching to the grand cru, as well as a selection of organic, natural and biodynamic wines. The owner, Roland Sambor, is known for his good advice and for listening to his customers' tastes and desires. Attention, the store is only open on Friday and Saturday. During the week, it is better to call before coming to make an appointment.

Whether you're looking for prestigious crus or nuggets from small estates, the cellar master will guide you. White, rosé or sparkling, everything is carefully chilled for your pleasure. Motorists, be careful to negotiate your arrival and departure! The winery is located on the four-lane road to Ouistreham between the Centre Commercial Saint-Clair and Colombelles exits. No need to tell you that it's fast... But once your skid has been controlled and your car parked in front of the store, you can take your time to choose among the beautiful selections of wines and spirits that Franck offers in his store. We were won over by the choice and the range of prices - there really is something for everyone - as well as by the advice, sure, precise, and without unnecessary jargon. The Côtes du Rhône AOP Domaine de Givaudan (a handful of euros), the Viré-Clessé (a little more expensive), and the Ron Diplomatico (reasonable for a "Reserva") that he recommended on the day of our visit all three fulfill their promises. By the way, we received a mini-course on rum - sorry, rums - and thank you because now we learn to appreciate them and to recognize their aromas. But the man could talk to you as much about his whiskies, calvados and beers... In short, a passionate man who is also a pro!

Les Mets Chai, before it was a drinking restaurant, it was a dining cellar! Jean-Charles has separated the two concepts to keep us happy! Here, you'll discover excellent vintages, natural wines, meaning organic, good and clean! Look at the walls full of bottles with labels and appellations that stand out (Va te faire boire or Gamay du matin). Evening presentations and tastings are organized (book in advance!) in the presence of the winemakers. There's something for every palate, and your favorite vineyards will no longer hold any secrets for you!

Located in Sainte-Marie-des-Champs, Inter Caves is a modern chain of stores specializing in the sale of wines, champagnes and spirits. This passionate and committed wine merchant offers a vast selection of products, with over 550 wine and champagne references, 80 Réserves à Vin®, 450 whiskies, rums and spirits, as well as 150 craft beers and casks, and 100 delicatessen products. The store also offers a range of services, such as trunk loading, home delivery, equipment rental (draught taps), festive event organization, tasting evenings and customized gift boxes.

Here, we do much more than buy alcohol. You get advice, you taste, you discover new products... The store, installed on the quays of Rouen since 1992, is specialised in the sale of wines coming from rigorously selected and visited vineyards. La Cave des Tontons is a winning double: a lunchtime restaurant and a wine and spirits boutique. You won't find that nameless apple and beet potion ("y'en a!") that a certain Polish lady used to drink for breakfast... but you will be spoilt for choice with a wide selection of wines, rums, whiskies, champagnes, cognacs, armagnacs, calvados, gins and beers from all over the world. And because there's nothing better than getting to know the product, La Cave des Tontons also organises wine tasting sessions.

"The future of life will go through many." We enter this cellar to discover a true defender of nature and natural. Michel tells you lots of things about the lands and vines he visited, the nectars he tasted, from wines to spirits through champagne… More than 580 references (out of the existing 600) are present on the shelves. Useful, the map of vineyards, displayed in the store which gives the impression of seeing it more clearly and learning about the wines of Burgundy, between Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, Côte Chalonnaise and Macon… for example. The champagne has no secret for him either: He tells you the story of this piece of land or the little square metres that make it possible to make a unique champagne. We also love the selection, more restricted but also selected of whiskies, calvados and rums and the "troubleshooting" side, located in the basement cellar. Ask to eat. Go and greet him, talk, come back…. It is exciting. Not only does he speak five languages but he has an elephant memory!

An institution at Trouville! The boss, Gérard Bazire (nicknamed Gégé by the intimate), is a character, former boss of the Vapours, and one of the best wine merchants in France. It includes the best Calvados, names that you don't see elsewhere and, if you are lucky, the David cider, the best in the world.
