Read moreBily Kun means "white horse" in Czech. The idea came from one of the bistro's owners, who had previously worked at Cheval Blanc on Ontario Street. Only the name and style of the Centre-Sud brewery were imported, the rest having undergone the essential modifications to adapt to the standing of Mont-Royal Avenue. Mission accomplished: people are on their feet almost every night. A DJ is on hand Fridays and Saturdays from 10pm, and jazz and classical musicians perform regularly.
