It's the little brother of Buvette Scott, still in the buvette spirit, but with a few features that differentiate Sardines from its elder brother. The emphasis here is on craft beers, whether from Quebec or imported via a specialized agency (several Belgian lambics are well worth a visit), not to mention a fine selection of wines. To accompany all this, there are a few nibbles that vary according to inspiration, such as oysters, pintxos or the seafood platter.
