Constantly seeking ways to anchor itself in the fragile territory that is the Islands, this microbrewery values the use of local raw materials in the conception of its beers. The production of smoked malt at the Fumoir d'Antan, and the harvesting of flowers, seaweed, spices and wild herbs all contribute to the authenticity and freshness of our unique, racy beers. To accompany its tasty beers, it offers plates garnished with Magdalen products (summer only). Store on site.
