The temple of oenophiles. Ludovic Flexas has set up his shop in an old, typically Burgundian house where you will find old vintages from all the French wine-growing regions: great Burgundies, Bordeaux, Jura and Loire wines. He selects them himself. The shop also has a good choice of recent vintages of wines from owners and a nice selection of brandies, cognacs, gins, vodkas, whiskies, rums... In the evening and on request, tastings commented with passion, in the cellar, adapted to your expectations and your budget

EPICUREA

Closed - Open to 09h00

In the center of Poligny, a very contemporary shop does not only sell cheeses. If the store's decay and sign changed, its original vocation remained the same: wine and cheese. There are 90% of biologic and natural wines, including the best of the Jura (yellow wine, macwine, savagnum savagnum…). Other regional nectars (sauces, monbazillac, champagnes, Burgundy wines, whiskies and rheus of the world, absinthes…) are presented by a passionate wine cellar. Very elegant packages are for all budgets. On the cheese factory side, six county affinations are honored (from 6 to 24 months). The sheep and many other local cheeses are declared in quality. The sausage of Morteau and the Upper Doubs sausage are the most popular. These treasures of the soil taste on the plates at the same time as the wine tasting at the counter. A favorite place for gastronomers looking for safe values and wise advice about Jura or other products! The best way to make the right choices.

The cellar has what to make turn the heads: more than 1,000 wine references proposed by the sommelier, François Orisé, old collaborator of Joël Robuchon. Besides Dr. Wine places at your disposal an unceasingly updated catalogue which enumerates the years by age (of 1967 to 2012) but also by estates. More than 40 pages are necessary to make the inventory of it. Among most prestigious: châteauneuf-of-pape, volnay 1st raw, morey-saint-Denis 1st believed and much of others. To know some more on all these fine wines, do not fail the classes of tasting during which you will make beautiful meetings. Classes which you can also offer to your close relations. And if you come right drinking a drink, install you of terrace side street, inside in the main dining room, or (especially!) in a corner of paradise: inner courtyard surrounded by stone walls. You here are safe from glances, at the edge of an old well... And it is not all. The quality of this fun wine also lies in the catering facilities which he proposes. Any time of day, it is possible to taste boards and other dishes of tasting. At lunchtime and of the dinner, you can regale dishes carried out in the cuisines by Fabien Vogt (the former second of Stéphane Derbord). Lastly, if you are in search of a souvenir to bring back in the bags or of a good bottle to impress your friends, throw a glance with the wineshop. Dr. Wine is a place to attend assiduously!
