Frédérique and Hervé, winemakers at Domaine Fillon in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, invite you to discover their excellent production in a beautiful store located in the heart of Chablis. Wines from Chablis and Auxerrois (whites, reds and rosés from chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon and aligoté grapes), but also fruit juices always in season (with cherries, for example). The wine selection, made by Sébastien Cattoni, is thorough and full of treasures! Several poles are offered to you. Of course, the pole "vignerons de Ladoix" offers wines from the twelve areas of the township. Dating back to the ^11th and ^12th centuries, these magnificent cellars are a must-see! A family pride perpetuated today by Jean-Louis and Jean-Christophe Bersan, who cultivate 22 ha of vines. New in 2015, Bareuzai begins a new life! Completely transformed into a winery by the Charousset establishments, well known in the region as they are head of a network of 8 Burgundian cellars, they continue their ascent by taking this sign. The location is remarkable. Just opposite the mountain of Corton which gives birth, with 150 hectares of vineyards, to wonderful Côte-de-Beaune every year. Avintures is a whole new world for the wine-curious. Thomas Turner, a wine connoisseur trained in Viti and the Asian wine trade, is joined by Jingjing, who is at the cutting edge of new technologies. The two complement each other to offer an innovative wine shop format. Created in 1982 by the town's mayor, Roger Lagrange, the Maison des Vins de la Côte Chalonnaise is a showcase for the winegrowers of this part of Burgundy. Le Médiéval is above all a restaurant held by Franck and Marie Wittmann. The chef, Frank, is not a beginner. Trained at the Bernard-Loiseau hotel school of Semur-en-Auxois, it has been awarded by the Clos Napoléon in Fixin and at Auberge Vittellienne in Vitteaux.
