Maison André Delorme is an institution on the Saône-et-Loirien wine scene. Since 2009, As du Vin has been providing all wine and spirits neophytes or enthusiasts with a home to welcome them. Their key word? Conviviality. The 2 Aces, François-Xavier and Nicolas, have more than 700 references of wines, crémants, champagnes, whiskies and beers in their independent store. In addition to a large choice of Burgundy wines, they also have bottles from a good selection of French domains (Loire, South-West...). Created by the Mercurey defense and management organization (ODG), Caveau Divin is the showcase for the Mercurey AOC, which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2023. The cellar features 44 estates with one or two crus each, and 64 wines. The grand hotel La Cloche MGallery opens the doors of its boutique entirely dedicated to wine, with Charles-Antoine Musitelli as master on board. 20 by La Cloche offers its visitors a selection of great wines, often from Burgundy. La Cave du Caboulot is a nod to the Chagny restaurant Le Caboulot, run by Lauriane Lava's parents. Frédérique and Hervé, winemakers at Domaine Fillon in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, invite you to discover their excellent production in a beautiful store located in the heart of Chablis. Wines from Chablis and Auxerrois (whites, reds and rosés from chardonnay, pinot noir, sauvignon and aligoté grapes), but also fruit juices always in season (with cherries, for example).
