Romain Branger and Julien Maillot launched this brewery 6 years ago. Their "Baboon", which comes in a variety of flavors, is all the rage. Dimitri Morin opened his brewery in 2009 on the Jura plateau. He strives for balanced flavors and avoids bitterness: his range comprises a dozen references, including 5 main ones named after their characteristics. It was Jacques Ravonneaux who, in the 1980s, took over his uncle's small brewery business, leaving his job at Solvay. After 10 years as an amateur brewer, Julien Cêtre launched himself into the great bath of professional hops. But not the way a Montbéliard bull could do it. Vanessa Cirillo and Luc Bon set up their micro-brewery at the end of 2017 in the former premises of the Longchamp earthenware factory. Bright Star is the brewery of Markus and Pam Brutsch, a Swiss-American couple who moved to the region in 2015. Located in downtown Saint-Léger-sur-Dheune, their brewery is the realization of an old dream. The range of homemade beers covers a broad spectrum, with blondes, browns, russets and pale ales, but also seasonal beers made in smaller quantities and according to the inspiration of the moment. Products are presented in 33 cl or 50 cl sizes, and some are available in casks. You can come and taste and shop at the same time.

What a charming little name for this brewery created by two friends, Batiste Buret and Antoine Coitoux, both beer lovers! After many years of research they have together found THE ideal recipe, finally the one that meets their expectations. The Roteuse Blonde was thus born in Burgundy, based on malts, hops and also blackcurrant buds. Another originality, the yeast used is that of Crémant. A true Burgundian beer whose brewery took its name and is located in Brochon commune adjoining Gevrey-Chambertin. The labels are made by Marie Capriata, a painter and illustrator from the region.
