We appreciate the almond/hazelnut shortbread. We would die for the caramel coulis and the different spreads. And what can we say about the excellent pastries whose extreme finesse and great creativity have no equivalent in Auxerre, without forgetting the very tasty home-made ice creams. This house is an institution. You'll find wonderful creations like Pavé Morvandiau, Quarréen and Saint Amour. But also spreads. The waffles, too, are a delight every Sunday and public holiday, as well as in the afternoons in high season. A great address, as delicious as it is unmissable!
