Magazzino is this glass building near the Leclerc store in Beaune. An innovative concept created by Joël and Christine Bertrand. On the first floor, an Italian grocery store of 750 m² with a fast-food bar-restaurant of Italian specialties and a vast restaurant on the first floor. The shelves are full of transalpine specialties, cold cuts, cheeses, pizzas, dry products for aperitif, grocery products, wines, preserves... the best to compose a special O sole mio menu! You can also sit down at the bar for a quick lunch.

Established in Chemilly for over 30 years, you'll find everything you need to enjoy this excellent caterer. We're particularly fond of the Prestige of sea bass and salmon in golden scales, leek fondue and white wine sauce. We're also partial to their homemade foies gras. Or the Souvarov beef tenderloin. Note that the delicatessen section also offers all the products that make the region so rich, as well as Festi Boxes: five dishes for the whole week! A must in the Auxerrois region. With the opening of this attractive boutique, Gevrey-Chambertin has acquired a caterer of choice. Le Clos du Roy, a trio of chefs including Philippe Poillot, Pierre Lebaupin and pastry chef Tony Belliet, has chosen to export its expertise to the land of grands crus. A quality team to offer ready-made dishes and pastry treasures, to take away, in individual portions or in reception formats. The private tasting room allows you to dine on the premises while sampling some famous nectars.

L'Épicerie Comptoir is welcoming, with its trendy decor and delicatessen feel. Here you'll find all your daily essentials: organic bulk produce, condiments and a number of local artisanal products. Bonus: a fine selection of Auxois wines, highlighting the region's little-known know-how. In the beer department, there's La Voûte, brewed under the grocery store where the micro-brewery is located. Of particular note: the attractive coffee and pastry tasting area, and even a daily menu on certain dates.

Faubourg des Saveurs is at once a delicatessen, a cheese bar, a wine shop and a cheese shop. On site, the cheese boards, charcuterie and wine cellar will make your mouth water. The cheese section is stocked with around a hundred products, including Roquefort, Comté and Epoisses, while the charcuterie section offers short-distance products such as Tuyé salaisons from Papy Gaby in the Jura, and parsley from Gaec des Hameaux. With Tristan Barreiros, former Paris restaurateur and founder of Bonne Maison, the term "épicerie fine" takes on its full meaning. The company has also been recognized for its quality by the Collège Culinaire de France, created by 15 renowned chefs. Born in the spring of 2023, Bonne Maison is already a great success, notably for its Charolais pastis, which it makes, like other delicacies, on its farm-workshop in La Guiche. We like the friendly welcome and the judicious advice given by Cyril and Francis, the two creators of the shop. The products, well selected, reflect the regional know-how in terms of delicacies: cheeses and dairy products, craft beers, wines and honey from the Jura (among others) are honored. La Besace du Comtois also sells bread all year long and in the summer season, excellent homemade sandwiches are offered. The fame of this beautiful store, in front of the cathedral, is well justified!

Claude and Océane in the store, Christophe and Ugo in the kitchen. Since 2022, a new team has been welcoming you to this must-visit venue. Here, opposite the Hôtel-Dieu, you'll find wines from the Tonnerrois region (Tonnerre or Epineuil), Chablisien, crémants and ratafia. Located at the northern entrance of Ladoix on the road to Beaune, the shop is easily accessible. A completely dedicated building renovated and air-conditioned. The wine selection, made by Sébastien Cattoni, is thorough and full of treasures! Several poles are offered to you. Of course, the pole "vignerons de Ladoix" offers wines from the twelve areas of the township. That of the rosé invites you to discover the wines from Burgundy, Provence, Languedoc, Alsace, Argentina, Hungary, New Zealand, Chile. The beer's range started with the Belenium; it is going to develop. There is always the "wine at less than 10 euros" which has been tested. You can trust Sébastien and Saadia, great professionals to welcome you with a smile and advise you on wines, but also on crémant, champagnes, , whiskeys, rums, cognac and vodkas. La Réserve is also a deli (mustards Fallot, gingerbreads Mulot and Petitjean, fruit juices Alain Milliat produced next to Lyon...) and sells some items of tableware. La Réserve de Bacchus has a remarkable, qualitative and rich offer for the neophytes, the amateurs and the connoisseurs.

For a long time, this emblematic site in the pedestrian district remained vacant. Now it's coming back to life, thanks to the Galopin team, who have just opened this friendly café and relocated their delicatessen there. Don't hesitate to drop in. You'll discover a wide range of products from small-scale producers. Local, but not only. Above all, take the opportunity to have a drink and taste the house specialty: the guédille, a sandwich of North American origin made with hot dog bread. Like the Lobster Roll, made with lobster. What a lovely shop where the scents of tea or coffee tickle us and delight us! Comptoirs Thé Café is a Franche-Comté brand at the beginning, whose first boutique was opened in Besançon. Others have opened onto the territory, including the rue d'Alsace in Beaune, an axis that is heavily used by passers-by heading for the shopping city centre. A vast and luminous boutique where a choice of more than a hundred references of teas and herbal teas from the brand's own brand await you. Black or green, yellow or white, perfumed, spicy, rooibos, the choice is wide and will satisfy the amateurs. In the stalls of this delicatessen, quality gastronomic products, starting with wild harvested snails prepared here and of course cooked in various forms. You will also find frogs' legs, foie gras, smoked salmon, cheeses, wines and liqueurs, jams and many other sweets... And L'helix'r is also a wine bar where you can taste the snails as well as the products sold in the shop. Also on the menu, a wide choice of beers and regional wines. We love it!

Located in the former 15th-century Cordeliers church, opposite the famous Hospices de Beaune, the Marché aux Vins offers cellar tours and tastings of 3 to 7 wines. Owned by the Halley family, as are the châteaux of Meursault and Marsannay, the Marché aux Vins has chosen to present all the Burgundy appellations with quality wines, some from emblematic estates such as the Hospices de Beaune. Select a Discovery, Prestige or Haute Couture tour, and taste between 5 and 7 wines, depending on the formula.

La Réserve is a "épicerie pas banale", a community grocery store located in the heart of Varzy. Well-known in the region, "Le Migéen" (which brings life to the village of Migé, near Irancy) has another fine address, right in the center of Auxerre. Takeaway dishes, of course, but also the possibility of nibbling on the premises. The food is as tasty as ever, and reasonably priced. There's also a fine delicatessen section and excellent vintages from winegrower Houblin, also from Auxerre. Just a stone's throw from the Temple shopping street, this is an establishment we warmly recommend.
