Let us tell you: passing very close to Les Caves Bailly cellars without going to discover them would be a great mistake! For these underground 4-hectare cellars, located in quarries exploited since the 12th century, will leave you with memories for a long time to come. These rooms, dug in the heart of a gigantic limestone deposit some 170 million years old, will allow you to understand the vinification of the Crémant de Bourgogne of which the Bailly-Lapierre cellars are the cradle. And for a good reason: they were fitted out in 1972 to allow the first cuvée of this appellation to be born three years later! Before your guided tour, you can go for a walk in the vineyards (in the morning at 10 am). And after the visit, a tasting of two glasses of Crémant will be offered to you to put into practice what you have just learned (with a souvenir flute offered).

One of the highlights of these very beautiful cellars is that the staff is sensitized to welcoming visitors with disabilities. For the little ones, a children's game book and a glass of grape juice will be offered to them.

No fewer than 33 localities, villages or small towns, mark out the route of nearly 80 km which combines countless opportunities for tasting with discovery of priceless treasures of art and history.

The Rabuat house ensures the production of mulards ducks, high on exploitation in herbagés parks: various kinds of duck and preserved artisanales are manufactured here. These natural products are shipped throughout France. Among the specialties, you can find gras sausage, foie canard canard, and cooked dishes. Very friendly and helpful staff.
