COUNTY ROADS

If Poligny is the capital of the Comté, the territory of this cheese extends over the whole Jura. These original routes constitute a network that includes farms, fruit factories and maturing cellars that can be visited, but also museums, outdoor activities directly linked to the discovery of the landscapes and regional agricultural practices; not to mention "gourmet stops" made up of points of sale of regional products, winegrowers and various forms of catering. A really exciting initiative.
