Frédéric Marcouyoux's snail farm also aims to make snail farming and the whole ecosystem it engenders known to the greatest number of people. Visits are organized to reveal the secrets of the life of this curious animal and the work of the snail farmer. Depending on the season, visits to the production workshop, the breeding pens or snail collection. A member of the association Ecole en Herbe, Frédéric Marcouyoux promotes his profession to the young public, working with teachers on educational projects.
