A scientific pilot truffle farm created in 2013 in Leuglay, to be visited.

The association La Truffe côte-d'orienne created in 2013 a pilot truffle farm with scientific scope, in partnership with the Maison de la Forêt which has since become the Maison du Parc national de forêts. Work on the molecules and aromas of the tuber uncinatum has been launched by researchers. In 2021, the pilot truffle farm gave its first results. And as a sacrament of the adventure, in September 2022 opened the Interpretation Center of the Burgundy Truffle.
