The Darcy Garden is a green lung in the heart of the city. One comes here to rest to the sounds of the waterfalls, to read on a bench, to watch the children play or to admire the calm of the hundred-year-old trees. It is also here that one can discover a masterly reproduction of the Bear of the sculptor Pompon enthroned at the entrance of the park. As for the history of this park, the merit of its construction goes to the water engineer Henry Darcy who had the idea, in 1880, to install in its basement a huge drinking water reservoir in order to bring running water to the city.

Organized by the Vallée de la Vingeanne association, the ^13th edition of the Rétromobile day devoted to vintage vehicles will take place on the occasion of the Journées du Patrimoine. A stroll through automotive history, with several hundred classic cars on display: a dream or a nostalgic experience for everyone. The magnificent grounds of the Château de Champagne-sur-Vingeanne are well worth a visit. Tours of the château are also available.

A major project supported by the city of Chenôve that began in early 2022. Although residents will still have to wait until 2024 to see the announced finality of what will be the green park, the project is starting to take shape. Fascinated by botany and graduated in Herbal Medicine and herbal medicine, Christian Monneret designed this space in the late 1990 s. Fifteen years later, it is still the same success. It is divided into three parts and invites the visitor to rediscover the different natural environments of the region and local plant species. Start by visiting the botanical trail to meet the 300 species that naturally grow there. Take advantage of the labelling to enrich your knowledge. Then go out to visit the herbal garden garden, housed in terraces and with 130 mostly regional species. Finally, complete the botanical exhibition in the chalet.

This educational garden offers training courses with a quality coaching by teachers and instructors in order to acquire the actions of the experienced gardener. Various themes are offered to you according to your needs: fruit arboriculture, botany, beekeeping, creation of its garden… Put your boots, put your gloves, and you left to become a true gardener!

The Abbaye du Val des Choues is an island in the middle of the Châtillonnais forest and falls under the great religious movement of the West of the 11th and 12th centuries. This building has as an authorizing officer Eudes III, duke of Burgundy in 1193. Inspired by Cistercian and Benedictine rules, Val des Choues scatters up to seventeen monasteries throughout Europe. Inès and Michel Monot invite you to come and join them to discover the boar hunting in their new museum opened in July 2017. Beyond its dramaturgy, you discover the history of hunting in the "Curograph of the equivalence of things and of the beings, animals and humans". The room of the temptation of trophies, echoes, silence, hallali, the workshop of the tailor and the opera of nature have been arranged in the Abbey with the contribution of contemporary artists. Every day, at 4 pm in the high season, do not miss the spectacular soup of dogs. The 150 dogs of tricoloured English-French breed by the crew Pique'avant-Bourgogne are waiting in silence for their master's signal. You will enjoy the gardens where Inès Monot offers basins, vases, flower boxes and Medici style sculptures to decorate your garden. During the season, two guest rooms are available.

Designed by Fabienne and Joël Bourras, Jardin sans secrets is a 12,000^m2 site, divided into complementary plots. Nature is directed here, but above all it is respected, with a concern for biodiversity. Wild areas, an orchard, an edible garden, an arboretum, a pond and an English garden are all part of this universe of endemic plants or, on the contrary, plants brought back from travels. The couple plant some 300 plants a year. Here, you can stroll, enjoy a cup of tea or a picnic, sleep in a small gîte or park your camper van.

On four hectares, Valérie Tardy has put her knowledge acquired during 20 years in a garden center at the service of an educational garden that informs about the vegetable garden. Once past the reception hut, visitors can have a refreshment and enjoy wooden games before immersing themselves in the world of permaculture and pollinators thanks to the panels placed on different islands. More than 300 species of tomatoes grow in this oasis, which opened in 2022.
