PARC ROGER SALENGRO
In the heart of the city, this 7-hectare green setting is a favorite place for Nivernais residents to take a stroll. Formerly part of the château of the Counts of Nevers, it was bought by the town after the Revolution. Today, it features children's play equipment, a 19th-century bandstand, a fountain, sculptures and two snack bars, as well as a wide range of summertime activities: merry-go-round, bouncy castle, foodtruck, second-hand goods stalls, markets, adventure course, angling, trampoline, pedal go-kart and even an aquatic fair.
