The address is unmissable at the crossroads of the four roads leading to Zonza. The plates are generous, nicely decorated and served with spirit. To savor for example, the trekker's plate, a meal in itself, the maquisarde plate with salmon, the filet mignon of pork flambéed with myrtle brandy, the lamb mouse and the beef filet au gratin with Corsican tomme with its panzetta chips and some home-made desserts. Famous Régine, well-known at the village with its already renowned stopover gîte, opened this season an adorable friendly little inn right above its cottage.
