Restaurant offering local products from the micro-region, served on beautiful plates. Delicious.
Andréa, a young cattle breeder, took over the well-known Sagone restaurant A Stonda in 2021. The focus is naturally on meat, with veal and beef from the family's own production, as well as local produce from the micro-region: pork, cheese, farmhouse and PDO charcuterie. The chef's inventiveness is second to none, and the dishes are beautiful, sincere and truly delicious from starter to dessert. The menu is constantly changing according to seasonal produce. The success is well-deserved. Well done!
