Restaurant with a simple, authentic decor and renowned dishes.
In a simple setting between the mountains of the Alta Rocca and the majestic trees which are legion here, the welcome is warm and the generosity of the plates reputed: homemade Corsican soup, stuffed vegetables, veal stir-fry, meat or brocciu lasagne, old-fashioned tripettes, lamb chops, veal chops and other meats cooked in a wood-fired oven (vertical cooking), pizzas, Corsican-style beans and homemade desserts just as tasty. An authentic address and Jacques will also know how to meet you on the nearby hiking trails!
