It's one of the biggest references for craft beers in the province! Just walk through the door and head for the large room at the back to see the extent of the collection. The kind of address where you can go with your girlfriends for tea, or with your children to spoil them with pink-candy pastries. You can also come and drink a delicious hot chocolate or buy macaroons worthy of the best Bordeaux pastries. As for the decor, it's tea time, Alice in Wonderland style. For chocolate lovers, it's impossible to miss this gourmet address. In their small store in the Distillery Historic District, you can see the treats being made before your eyes. In the heart of Kensington Market, it is possible to taste baguettes worthy of the best French bakeries. In his small shop, owner Simon Blackwell insists on baking his bread with organic flours. Elegant boutique specializing in ingredients and accessories for cocktails and spirits. One of Alambika's hallmarks is its focus on local creations. When the little window on the corner of Rachel and Laval opens, it's time to order an ice cream cone.
