Also worth tasting are burritos with grilled meat (asada), a pure delight for carnivores. In short, an excellent address, on the border between Pilsen and Little Italy.

To get in touch with the people of Hyde Park, there's nothing like eating a bite in this delicious Jamaican restaurant, which is mainly frequented by local residents. If the entire menu is tempting, let yourself be tempted by one of the emblematic dishes: Jerk Chicken (in this preparation from Jamaica, chicken is spiced with spices), Jerk Catfish (we are talking about catfish, which is edible despite its bad reputation!) or Curry Goat, made from goat meat. As is often the case in Solvang, you can find Danish cuisine here. But here, the specialty is theaebleskiver, a kind of pancake in the shape of a tennis ball that you can enjoy covered with jam. You can order it through the small window to take it away or you can taste it on the spot and there is even everything you need to make it at home. The Solvang restaurant is also a pleasant address for lunch if you want to continue the Scandinavian immersion. On the menu, sausages, meatballs and cabbage specialties and a 100% Danish setting.

Chef Daniel Olivella began his career over 30 years ago in his native Penedes region of Catalonia. After years of working in Spain and the United States, in 1999 he opened B44, a warmly-colored contemporary tavern in Barcelona, where he pays tribute to his rich, festive culinary roots with tapas, paellas, gambas, ham, tortillas, cheeses and calamari. He recently merged B44 with his French restaurant Café Bastille, and both menus are now available in the same Franco-Catalan restaurant.
