"Burgers - beer - homemade pie" is the motto of the Burr Trail Grill. This small, Far West-style roadside eatery is clad in tin and wood, enough to whet curiosity and make you want to stop before going any further. Simple and good, the plates range from burgers - beef or lamb - to trout, fried tofu sandwiches and country chicken. And the desserts are excellent. Plus: a shaded outdoor terrace with a lovely view of the surrounding area

Moi et ma femme, on a mangé au Burr Trail à Boulder. La vue depuis l'agréable terrasse m'a particulièrement plu. Magnifique.
