Located a stone's throw from everything in the Eastbank Market area of Bossier City, this gourmet address is well known to locals and visitors alike. It serves unpretentious food with a Cajun flair, such as the boudin and cracker appetizer, po-boy sandwiches (about ten different options), gumbo, jambalaya, red bean platter and crawfish platter. In addition, there is a nice selection of craft beers and house cocktails as well as acoustic shows every Friday night from 8 to 10 pm.

This restaurant is part of the excellent Bartolotta Group, which has already proven itself in Milwaukee and includes the very fine Lake Park Bistro. The Rumpus Room focuses on local cuisine, where you can sample the famous cheese curds or, if you're a group, opt for a platter featuring Wisconsin cheeses. A bar-restaurant located on the main axis of Tucumcari that serves quality cuisine. The dishes which are proposed are essentially Mexican and the selected products are all of quality. We appreciate the decoration and in particular the big crocodile that we find everywhere on the walls of the dining room. Just next to it, you can enjoy an excellent drink. A very good address for this small city.

In Rockport, you won't find better! It's undoubtedly one of the best addresses in the area. Open all year round, Feather & Wedge enjoys a solid reputation. Reservations are highly recommended, as the restaurant is so coveted for its warm, contemporary setting and Mediterranean-inspired bistronomic cuisine. The menu changes with the seasons, and products are carefully selected. Musical program on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Good deal: oysters are US$1.50 on Wednesdays from 4:30 to 6:30 pm.

What a great place, nestled in a Creole house in a residential area with beautiful artwork adorning the walls! Atchafalaya does typical New Orleans cuisine while pushing the boundaries of tradition. Its shrimp & grits dish is known as one of the best in town, but you should also try the gumbo of the day or the mushroom risotto from Maggies Farm. The brunch, offered every day and with live music on weekends, is an absolute must, especially since the place offers a Bloody Mary Bar. A must try!

Sister address of Naalehu Restaurant, Taco tita specializes, as its name indicates, in take-out tacos. You will have the choice between several meats (pork, chicken, beef or snapper) or vegetables and starches for the vegetarian option as well as a sauce (cream-based, tomato-based, spicy...). Also worth trying are the nachos, served in generous portions, accompanied by homemade passion fruit lemonade or Horchata, a drink made from rice and almond milk. Payment in cash only.

The burgers are highly recommended, especially the blue cheese burger or the one with fried crawfish. A good address at low prices!
