Rough Rider

This simple yet sophisticated establishment seems to belong to the Old World. Rough Rider's concept is to house a ^21st-century restaurant as well as a late ^19th-century cocktail bar. On the menu: several punch recipes, more classic drinks with homemade compote or "curiosities". The food on offer is very good, from roast chicken with rosemary butter served with celeriac purée to pappardelle with pork ragout, sautéed ricotta and fried sage. An excellent address!
