The Refugi Fra Miquel, a true Andorran institution, is located at the level of the equally famous Envalira pass. Catalan and French specialties, prepared by the chef Joel Martin, will be served in a warm blond wood setting, in the vast service room. This restaurant is located in a borda, away from the main avenue of Encamp. The tavern is small and dark, but very charming with its very successful agricultural decoration. In the service room, the fireplace is the center of everything: meat, fish and vegetables of choice are constantly grilled or roasted.
