Welcome to the highest restaurant in Europe (2,400 m!) open all year round, since 1940! The Refugi Fra Miquel, a true Andorran institution, is located at the level of the equally famous Envalira pass. Catalan and French specialties, prepared by the chef Joel Martin, will be served in a warm blond wood setting, in the vast service room.
