Welcome to the highest restaurant in Europe (2,400 m!), open in all seasons since 1940! The Refugi Fra Miquel, a real institution, is located at the Envalira pass and offers Catalan and French specialities (prepared by the chef Joel, trained in French cuisine) served in the light-coloured wood setting of the vast service room on the first floor, which is reached after a visit to the bar on the ground floor and its picturesque fireplace. On the menu: foie gras, mountain rice, grilled meats or flambéed prawns! A beautiful and authentic address.
