The Mango restaurant is located in the Holiday Club Hotel. It is friendly, lively and often full. The choice is vast and the dishes are good and hearty. Both for breakfast and lunch, there are gluten-free options for those who want. In the morning, the buffet is copious with a wide choice of sweet and savoury products. The lounas between noon and 2pm is also of good quality, good value for money. The staff is very friendly and welcoming but one can however regret the lack of personality of the place.

Majakka means "lighthouse" in Finnish, so you won't be surprised to find a maritime decoration in this restaurant specialized in fish. As in many Finnish restaurants, the menu offers a choice of low-lactose or lactose-free, gluten-free, vegan, more or less spicy, vegetarian dishes... For almost every type of diet in short! The food is good and served by a friendly and welcoming staff. The plus: the large terrace in summer overlooking Lake Saimaa and the port.

Isä Camillo is one of the best restaurants in Kuopio, on the edge of the historic centre and not far from the sea. Inside, the decoration is not left to chance and it is a superb bar in varnished wood that dominates this restaurant arranged in small intimate corners. Decorated around wine and bottles, light wood elements, subdued lighting and impeccable service, this is what awaits you. As for the food, no disappointment: it's excellent. Good value for money.

A little away from the centre, welcome to one of the city's gourmet restaurants. Since 1982, traditional Finnish cuisine has been honoured here with a wide selection. Installed in old cellars, we eat in the basement under a vaulted ceiling. On the plate, a little change compared to other traditional restaurants since the reindeer has been dethroned by the sheep! It has a neighborhood restaurant atmosphere, which makes it a very popular place for locals and it's always busy. From the food to the service, everything is perfect and the quality/price ratio is very good. Be careful though, the restaurant is rather small, so think of coming early or making a reservation if you don't want to wait a bit.

Lapland Hotel Oulu's delicious gourmet restaurant is beautifully decorated on the theme of nature, but above all it offers typical Lapland dishes cooked with delicacy and that will make you melt away! A Danish sandwich shop in Helsinki, founded in the 1960s and still going strong today, is the story of Tanskalainen Voileipä. In this tiny stall (with two chairs, a cash register and a counter for placing orders), you'll be delighted by the twenty or so different offerings.
