Dishes from all over Southeast Asia revisited in a contemporary way by the team of renowned chef Tomi Björck (the equivalent of Finland's Cyril Lignac). The result is delicious for both the eyes and the taste buds. The setting is cosy and simple. The bill is obviously a tad expensive, but the meal is up to the task! A truly astonishing, spicy and epicurean culinary experience, especially if you opt for one of the Dégustation menus, which offer a veritable voyage with contents that are frequently updated and never cease to amaze.
