A microbrewery, KS offers a wide range of craft beers with assertive and surprising tastes. The various beers are produced according to the traditional Alsatian method, i.e. low fermentation with an alcohol content that varies but is slightly higher than that of Belgian beers.

Six kilometres from Lisieux in the direction of Pont-l'Évêque, Calvados Boulard welcomes you to the prestigious distillery founded by Pierre-Auguste Boulard in 1825. Since then, the torch has been passed on to Vincent Boulard (fifth generation), who has inherited the family's passion for Calvados and continues to be the ambassador of this illustrious house. When you arrive at Place de Verdun, you'll only have to walk a few meters to enter a pretty boutique, that of the Bossuet family. Rates are identical to those of the estate less than an hour away, near Saintes. There, you'll discover an old copper still, as well as the ageing cellar, which you can visit on your own.

La Boutique des Vins celebrated its fortieth anniversary in 2022. Not far from the centre of Saint-Galmier and its racecourse, Peycelon wines have been offering excellent service, excellent advice and quality products for four generations. The Domaine du Couzan was born of a man's passion for wine, Frédéric Murat. He chose to settle here more than ten years ago. For those who do not yet know the place, it covers a surface of 2,9 hectares composed predominantly of AOC Côtes-du-forez (red and rosé) and a large parcel of Chardonnay wine in the country of Urfé. The specialities of the house are the Cuvée Alexis, a deep purple ruby red, which delivers powerful aromas of red fruits where the shades of volcanic stone blend with the Cuvée and the Humanity, a rosé of a very fruity, round in mouth with a small incisive note. Here are some wines that can greatly seduce your guests during a dinner!

The Neron family's vineyard covers 12 hectares, divided into three terroirs. La Rochette which has 6 hectares of vines on a single plot, planted with the Gamay Saint-Romain grape variety, the oldest vines are 80 years old, Bératard, an exceptional terroir, part of which is planted with the Chardonnay grape variety on a terrace, and La Combe, this plot planted in 1998 required clearing of the forest to replant the Gamay Saint-Romain grape variety, on slopes of more than 25 %. Eight vintages are produced from these terroirs, in rosé, white and red.

From the visit of the vine to that of the wine cellars, you will be able to capture the "Terra Vitis" approach and discover the different stages of winemaking. At the end of the visit, you will go to the cellar for a tasting of rosé and red wines accompanied by a meal dish. At the heart of this educational farm, groups of children will be able to discover the development of the physiological stages of the plant, as well as the work of the vine grower and go to discover sweet, salty, bitter and acidic flavours before tasting grape juice. Jean-François Arnaud, winemaker, product of the forez, on a few hectares of vines. His cellar is open every day for your greatest pleasure! To help you make your choice, you will enjoy the tasting of red or rosé wines of the controlled appellation Côte-du-forez and white chardonnay appellation of wine from Urfé countries. His wines were often cited in the Guide Hachette des vins and medalists at the general agricultural competition in Paris! In 2011, Jean-François Arnaud even participated in the Gamay international competition with success! The Malleval distillery was created in 1960 by Marius Paret. It still exists over 50 years later! Today, Mrs Morfin and Mr Columbus bought the distillery (now known as Distillerie distillery) but the method of operation is the same. According to the artisanal tradition, the spirits and spirits of the Pilat and the Rhone Valley are still decorated in the same way: apricot, apple, Williams pear (of course), raspberry, mirabelle, kirsch, mirabell, country or chestnut (under the name "La Châtaignette"). With old stills dating from the beginning of the century, these delicious beverages are ideal for aperitif and as a digestive!

Founded in 1928, La Cave de Bissey is the oldest winery in the Côte Chalonnaise. Between the Côte de Beaune and the Mâconnais, Bissey-sous-Cruchaud is a small wine-growing commune, offering 84 hectares of vines whose maturing, vinification and marketing have remained on a human scale, thereby enhancing human relations and respect for the terroir with authentic wines. Right in the heart of the city, since spring 2023, 75 winegrowers have been presenting over 350 references of Alsace wines in a prestigious setting. In the land of Per Jakez Helias and Hénaff pâté, in an old farmhouse with an undeniable cachet, Patrick Daniel (the first brewer in the Bigouden region in 1999!) brews traditional, top-fermented, pure malt, unfiltered beers in vats from Wales. There are five types of beer from Penhors: amber, blonde, brown, white and stout. About 400 hl/year come out of the Bigouden vats. And since a few years, a delicious organic lemonade is also made on the spot! A very nice discovery.

A wine specialist, La Cave de la Rocade welcomes you in its shop located in Pont-l'Abbé. Here you can discover a selection of wines (Italian and Spanish), but also spirits, spirits and champagne. The Cellar also offers bulk coffee and tea. In all, there are no fewer than 1 500 references here with, in addition, table and cellar accessories, glasses, carafes, regional products…

Jean-Marie Gouédard took over the meadery created by his father Patrick, an ex-beekeeper: they make chouchenn, the Breton name given to an alcoholic drink similar to mead, liquorous, obtained from the fermentation of honey in water. The factory is installed in a traditional building of 1919, former wine storehouse of a wine merchant. In the courtyard, there are still two vats of 70 hectoliters each. By appointment, you can of course enjoy a guided tour of the cellars, with a nice tasting of chouchenn.

The specialities of the Basque Country are not only Basque cake, chilli, chocolate and ham, but also sangria, which is produced and enjoyed on both sides of the border. Mainly in Ayherre in the Basque Country, a sparkling sangria called Loreak "the flowers" (in Basque) is produced by hand from natural wines, juices and flavors, in three flavors with a maximum alcohol content of 8% by volume. Available in white, pink and red, they are the perfect accompaniment to summer aperitifs and evening parties.

The estate's 60 hectares are farmed with respect for the land and the life it generates, and are HVE-certified. Clos Saint-Georges is one of the few estates in the Roussillon where you can find old vintages of still red wines. As Claude confirms: "You have to let the wine rest and evolve. Since 2021, this young craft microbrewery has been producing beers with local flavors, using cereals grown and malted in Auvergne and organic raw materials (hazelnut flour, lemon thyme, garden sage...). You will discover a range of four beers - white, blonde, amber and IPA - as well as ephemeral beers according to the seasons and occasions. Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, this family-run business has been operating its vineyards for over 150 years. The warm-hearted current owner will introduce you to his philosophy, which is based on 3 key principles: sustainable viticulture, a love of Chardonnay and the maturity of the wines sought through a minimum of 36 months in the cellar. The 5 cuvées in the range have musical names. Cuvée Rhapsodie, a vintage champagne of great complexity, pleasantly surprised us. Its complexity and richness are perfect with fish in sauce.

Opposite Les Halles de Bayonne, this cellar has a refined, well-lit setting to showcase the wines, with over 1,000 references. Wines are presented by region: Rhône, Burgundy, Languedoc-Roussillon, Saint-Emilion, Pomerol, Margaux and more. From French wines to regional wines to world wines. You'll also discover a fine showcase of vintage Armagnacs, old rums, whiskies, eaux-de-vie, champagnes, cognacs, local Patxaran... Tasting evenings and introductory courses are offered.

An address as we like them, where you can discover little nuggets of wine, spirits and beer. Behind this wine cellar, we find Kéris Jehl, graduate of a Master's degree in wine trade in Bordeaux. Passionate about wine, she knows how to transmit her knowledge and talk about the products she has selected. The store is completed by a local and artisanal delicatessen. Alexandre opened his microbrewery offering only 50cl beers to be shared by 2. He wanted to identify his blonde, brown and amber beers with fun names like Petit Mousse, Capitaine Habbock and Capitaine Glouglou. He plans to work on more unusual products, trying to produce a white beer with ginger, to offer ephemeral products, to make things more diversified, and a little more fun. He is present at local farmers' markets and offers a home delivery service.

The microbrewery L'Opercule is located in a valley of the Vosges mountains, the ex-principality of Salm. It was created by two friends, Damien Froment and Maxime Clasquin. First beekeepers, they had the idea to propose organic beers with honey. And it is with their own honey that they brew their beverage. The honey allows to carbonate the beer and to soften the bitterness. The sugar disappears to make room for subtle honey fragrances with a floral aftertaste. They started the production with a blond beer made with organic honey from their beehives.

With such a name, "Pinard", you know right away where you are going! With a bit of humor and a lot of professionalism, welcome to the beautiful wine cellar held by Valentin Broudic. This wine lover who fell in love with wine in South Africa! After a solid training in oenology, and great experiences in Paris, Valentin specializes in natural wines, biodynamic, natural wines for small domains and favorites from all French regions. We come to ask for advice and find nuggets and sure values like this Côtes-du-Rhône of the Richaud domain, or the famous Cairanne. Or even our Loire wines with the Méphisto, Domaine de l'Écu du Landreau. At Pinard, we also come for blind tasting evenings with friends, colleagues or for teambuilding. Culture and conviviality are the order of the day. Pinard also offers a great artisanal pâté en croûte, sausages from Pornichet. Domaine de la Tourade is a winery offering a wide selection of quality wines. Products include Muscat de Beaumes de Venise CLEM, VDN rosé, Muscat de Beaumes de Venise MATHYS, VDN white, Vacqueyras Euse, Vacqueyras Eva, Vacqueyras Fantine, Vacqueyras, Gigondas Morgan, Gigondas Font des Aieux and GIGONDAS. In the commune of Beaucaire, Domaine du Capitaine is a winery offering products from the region's winemaking traditions. Family property since 1804, this castle was built by the Viscounts of Narbonne in the ^12th century. On the 32 hectares of stony or clay-limestone soil, exposed on the south-eastern slopes of the Corbières maritime massif, we find the characteristic grape varieties of the Languedoc: syrah, grenache noir, carignan and mourvèdre. These soils produce wines of excellence, with low yields. Proof of this is the AOP Corbières Ermengarde, the flagship of the estate, which regularly wins awards, including two stars and the "coup de coeur" in the Hachette guide 2021.

Arnaud, a farmer-brewer, offers you his organic craft beers made on his farm in Garrigues, from organically grown cereals and hops. There's Cascade blonde, Pic de Nore brown, a brown with cocoa and coffee aromas, Nuit noire, Pépite IPA, Grésigne white and other ephemerals. A new activity, since 2019, for this family of farmers who have been producing wheat, barley, soya, lentils and chickpeas for three generations, and who also cultivate 5 ha of vines.

The Oppidum Brewery offers organic and artisanal beers to take away or to taste on site, all proudly rooted in their region. The Oppidum offers a range of 5 classic beers with a Blonde, a Blanche, an Indian Pale Ale (IPA), an Amber and a Pale Ale. The brewery also offers creations according to the seasons and a more original range, with their Point of Entry beer, a smooth brown ale with coffee, chocolate and caramel flavors but also the Harvest, a beer with fresh hops, 100% Occitan.

Alaryk beers are handcrafted in Béziers. Organic and additive-free, they contain only water, malt, hops and yeast. With respect for traditional know-how, our specialty beers are both rich in flavor and pleasant to drink, tasty and elegant, all inspired by the Languedoc wine-growing region. The brewery's doors are open to you by reservation to discover their production methods, but you can also taste their beers at wine merchants in the Hérault region or at Comptoir Alaryk in Montpellier.

Château Fonrazade is just a stone's throw from the medieval village of Saint-Emilion, in the heart of a prestigious, thousand-year-old terroir classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. Open for visits and tastings, this beautiful property adjoins the Premier Grand Cru Classé Château Angélus and produces a Saint-Emilion Grand Cru 2015. Our oenologists tasted it: "The nose is bursting with fresh red fruit and oriental spices that bring warmth. On the palate, the attack is sustained with crisp, fruity tannins. Lots of freshness.

Close to Millau, the Brasserie du Larzac has made a place for itself in the field of beer. This micro-brewery created by Rémi and Camille offers unfiltered and unpasteurized organic craft beers, with a choice between Blonde, Blanche, Ambrée, Indian Pale Ale, Triple as well as ephemeral brews such as the Gardarem, the East Causse and the Imperial Blaque IPA. They favour local suppliers and short circuits, so you can buy their beers directly at the brewery or in organic stores in Aveyron and Hérault.
