The feline gave its name to the sweets invented in 1902, composed of a thin sugar shell steamed filled with fruit pulp and then frosted. The 5 original flavors are still there (lemon, tangerine, raspberry, blackcurrant and pineapple), completed by those with flowers (poppy, violet, rose, hibiscus), seasonal fruits (fig, grape), or salted butter caramel or praline.
