We're all familiar with the brand's little PDO chestnut man. Clément Faugier celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2022! Crème de marrons was launched in 1885 to recover the marrons glacés broken during the manufacturing process, and marrons au cognac, created in 1924 for the American market. In 2025, we celebrate the 140th anniversary of the creation of homemade chestnut purée. All these iconic products can be found in the factory outlet. And there's more to come. New: chestnut cream ice cream.

La Mecque, ou la Rome, ou la Byzance (etc.) du Marron, ou plutôt de la Châtaigne (terme générique pour une soixantainede variétés françaises), pour un grand amateur comme moi. Car Clément Faugier est LE créateur de la crème de marrons, et son principal producteurs, sans compter les nombreux dérivés disponibles en son magasin d'usine notamment...

Accueil vraiment très bien, bon conseil… les marrons glacés sont top bon bcp moins sucrés que ceux de la grande distribution ! Engagement tenu pour la livraison ce qui m’a permis d’acheter bcp plus de choses sinon avec l’avion j’aurais été bloqué ! 5 étoiles sont largement mérités pour l’accueil les produits !
